Not maintainedPosted Aug 5, 2014
Cons: General upkeep. Mildew smell. Staff needs to be customer service oriented.
Location: Near shopping and activities
Check in staff not pleasant. Horrible mildew smell in hallways and in rooms. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs. Pool had algae. Shower had loud squeal noise the entire time. This hotel needs some major upkeep. I checked out early due to smell.

Had toilet trouble in first room but staff moved us with an upgrade and were very pleasant in doing so. Hotel could probably use a little remodeling update. But overall OK for what we needed .

Pit Stop At The LakePosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Clean and fresh smelling room. Because it was not busy that night, we received an upgrade to a room with lake view W/O asking. This was a nice touch!
Cons: Bed could have been a little better. The matress pad and bed lining created some lumps but still managed a good night's sleep.
Location: Good location to surrounding places. Half of the rooms had a lake view while the other side did not. It was advertised this way so no deception.
Enjoyed our stay! No major problems encountered. The room was nice & neat with a fresh smell. We were surprised to realize we had a lakeview room. Bathroom ammenities were above average. We enjoyed a restful night despite some lumps in the bedliner where it seemed to overlap. We asked for an extra hour to check out in case we needed it. We ended up checking out on time but could have received an additional hour. The unexpected room upgrade would bring me back. NICE TOUCH!

Great location, very run down property.Posted Jul 8, 2014
Perfect location. Owners are clearly milking this property as everything is in a state of disrepair and dirty. Should have been updated 20 years ago. Full of very drunk college kids throwing up everywhere. Too bad because this could have been an awesome resort. Beds were comfortable.

Friendly StaffPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The lake view was amazing along with the friendly staff. Chris the bellman was so friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room we stayed in could be updated a little but it was clean and functional.
Location: Lake of the Ozarks, shopping, eating is all close to this hotel
From check in to check out the staff was friendly and took care of us exceptionally well. Would recommend this hotel family and friends.

Has seen its better daysPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Location on the lake
Cons: A room on the lake side because they also have a microwave and refrigerator. I didn't know that when making the reservation
Location: Outlet mall, restaurants
The hotel is located overlooking the lake but it is a very steep walk to get to the pool and you pass a cleaning area that is not well kept. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. In the room, there was peeling paint in the bathroom and the knob to adjust the water came off in my hand. The room was either chilly because the air conditioner was running or stuffy when it was not. The beds though are very comfortable. Parking was decent. Good location.

Drunks in hallwayPosted Jun 30, 2014
Let say the circus came to town saturday nite. When the bars let out the hallways were filled with drunks and every rooms door slammed as they closed them. Little rest.
