not clean

Pros: nothing
Cons: clean in up, new carpet better customer service training for staff
Location: shopping and music show - reason we were in town. just a weekend get away
room smelled of smoke even though we had a no smoking room. carpet was soiled, hallway dark and dirty. The hotel just seemed to be un-kept. Gives the impression the hotel management does not care. When we were checking in another employee was talking to the person that way trying to check us in, I thought this was very unprofessional. We tried this hotel because it was a little cheaper than where we normally stay, needless to say we will pay the extra and go back to the hotel we always stay in.

Pros: indoor outdoor pools
Cons: could use a elevator and refrigerators badly needed in the room, ice machine on each floor centrally located and better breakfast
Location: After 10pm hard to find food offerings
It was already ok at best but when my $600 prescription eyeglasses were stolen and the people that stole them lied to my face I was completely done and hotel of course could do nothing

Hotel seemed under staffed. Landscaping was weedy and overgrown. Stairwell looked like it had never been cleaned. Have stayed there previously and did not notice the neglect.

Not worth the money!

The bedding was stained. The hall smelled like smoke and musty and the drain didnt work in the shower. Will not be staying here again. The price should have been <$50.

Room wasn't ready. Not very clean. Missing hair drier. Smell of soured water.. Only waffles offered for breakfast.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We usually have a full breakfast through the summer months. I will make sure that the breakfast is staying stocked. Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. As for the other issues I will be going through each room to make sure no items are missing and everything is good before check-in.

Hotel with a pool inside.

Pros: Reasonable rate, had a pool and bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Follow up on your housekeeping. Especially the bathroom area. I am sure the Manager will follow up on my complaints.
Hotel was generally ok, only problem was the bathroom was not clean. Carpet needed sweeping and fridge had items left in it from previous client. Bed was very comfortable though. Air conditioner worked great. The house keeper did not do the job right.

Horrible stay

It took 5 trips to get the key to the door right. Someone was smoking weed that made the hall smell horrible.

It's gets the job done

This hotel is clean, did the job for us. We just needed a place to put our things, sleep and take a shower. Other than that we were not there. It's not a "lets just chill at the hotel" kind of place, who does that at the lake anyhow ??? So it met our needs and I would stay there again.
