Clint, we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations. During our off season we only serve breakfast on the weekends. However, if guest come to the desk asking we are more than happy to set out/grab whatever our guest would like. We do set out boxes at the end of all of our buildings, as we like to take our own precautions. Again we are truly sorry your stay wasn't satisfying.

Good morning Lisa. We do apologize if there were other guests that disturbed your sleep. That said, when you called the office and we went to investigate the issue, whoever was being loud, had apparently left by then. I would add, that when the restaurant managers left at 1:30, there wasn't anyone on any landings, streets or parking areas. We look forward to having you back to give us the opportunity to earn a 5 Star review on your next visit.

Thanks for your feedback Stephani. We don't advertise that we serve breakfast at the Resort, we do provide a complimentary continental breakfast, which is waffles, cereal, yogurt and juice. We did offer a great hot breakfast at the Encore Sunday morning during the Chiefs win over the Dolphins. We also don't advertise that we have room service, as most hotels and resorts at the lake do not. We apologize if you thought anyone was rude, our staff is always very friendly and helpful, and we are sorry if you caught someone at a bad moment. I doubt that you were over charged, but by all means if you believe you were, please contact our General Manager, and he can assist you with that. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thanks for your feedback Loretta. We are glad that you were able to get the room that you preferred. No where in our advertising or on our website or on Expedia who you booked through, does it say we have a hot tub. We do have a couple of great pools.

Thank you for your feedback Karla, and we regret that you didn't enjoy your stay. You were not the only guest in that building, and we would have gladly moved you to a different room, but that is the only building that we have that is pet friendly, and only one side of that building. We try our best to accommodate all of our guests the best we can, and many guests have pet allergies and can't stay in a room once a pet has been in the room, regardless of how thoroughly we clean the room after your departure. We have also had many experiences where dogs bark and disrupt other guests, which is why we limit our pet friendly rooms to one side of one building, and that side of the building is the only place on the property where it is appropriate for guests to walk their dogs. We are glad you found a room that better suited you and your pet. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thanks for your feedback Donis. We checked your door and couldn't find anything wrong with it and it worked properly for us. I assume you had a problem with the key card? And we didn't notice any odor in the room, it's possible that you had a dry P-Trap that corrected itself when water was ran down the drain.

As you noted we are still improving our property with ongoing renovations including our guest rooms. We certainly apologize for the disturbance of noise from hallway door slamming.
