Nice Luxurious HotelPosted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Location and comfort
Location: The hotel is walking distance from Umeda station, which is the most connected station in Osaka with station for most subway and train lines.
Service staff in the hotel has a basic grasp of English and the check-in process is smooth despite me arriving after midnight. The hotel downright luxurious inside out and I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to spend a little extra just for comfort. Hotel room is very spacious and it's close location to Umeda station means that transport to any location in Osaka is simple.

Very good quality hotel well located.Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: It was quiet and refined with a good lobby. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is very good.
Cons: As indicated above, the decor needs a spring sprucing up and the dining facilities could be larger.
Location: Easy access to the station and bus terminal. Easy to get to and from Osaka Airport. The fascinating early Government City of Nara is accessible.
The hotel is in an excellent area of Osaka with all the necessary facilities close by. The staff were exceptional and knowledgable about what to do and how to get to all the visitor sites. We found the room very comfortable, quiet and clean as a whistle. It is noticeable that the decor is getting to the point where a refurbishment would be necessary to bring a fresh sparkle to the rooms. We found the breakfast was fairly typical of Japan but there were plenty Western options for those not wishing to use chopsticks etc. A marginal criticism was the smallness of the breakfast room given the size of the hotel. Waiting in line for breakfast is a little less than adequate.

Nice hotel for price, size and locationPosted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: Location, price and room size.
Cons: Bed comfort
Location: Close to train station; great Ramen restaurant two blocks away.
Only a few blocks from the train station. We walked most days. The hotel was beautiful and well-kept. The front office staff had difficulty with English, more than most of our other hotels but they were unfailingly polite and just kept working on it. The rooms size was outstanding; much bigger than we have previously had in our trips to Asia. The beds were tremendously uncomfortable and I had a backache each morning when I awoke.
