For me best hotel in Osaka for good price :)
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Kitchen , washing machine
Cons: Staff not good in English but still they try there best to help you.
Location: Little far from Osaka station as need to pay 200yen one way to reach Osaka.
This is a very good hotel as per Japan standard and good for specially for families. Nice big (if compare other hotels) room and attach kitchen (microwave, fridge, catel, induction heater) and washing machine make your stay much comfort like staying at home. In front of hotel have Lawson store neat by one 7/11 store.very near to higobashi station(exit 5A).from higobashi to Osaka cost only 200yen one way by train. in the lobby can get water and juice also. If ever visit Osaka again I would love to stay in this hotel :).

Convenience or Comfort!
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Location: Location is excellent and just a few minutes walk from a very central subway station. Central Location with quick access to most parts of Osaka.
The Rooms are small but adequately and tastefully furnished. All facilities were included like Aircon, Heating, Washing Machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave and Cooking Facilities. The staff does make an effort to be helpful but is constrained because of the language. otherwise they are very courteous and friendly. There is a convenience store just opposite the entrance of the hotel (Lawson) and you will get most of the stuff that you want from this store. However, all the stuff is marked in Japanese so you need to double check with the staff to see if what you want is really what you are picking up. The problem areas were : (1) The Kitchen has no cutlery or crockery. Meaning you have to organise your own utensils, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, chopsticks and so on. The cooking facility is induction heater so normal pots and pans don't work. You can borrow one pot from their Kitchen for heating/cooking purposes but none of the other crockery or cutlery is available for borrowing. you have to purchase on your own (these are available in plastic in a Lawson Convenience Store opposite the Hotel). (2) The hotel does not have a single person who can converse or talk in English so it is extremely difficult to get your point across for any help that you may require.

Great quality for low money
Posted Jan 19, 2013
Pros: Traditional breakfasts in the cafe, big room with small kitchen applicances, location, including both tatami and bed in the room
Cons: Staff not speaking English
Location: 1 min to the subway and 15 to Osaka train st from where trains to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, Himeji... leave
The quality and confort of the rooms, hotel, staff... was amazing and exceeded my expectations. You can't find that quality for that price in any Western country... Extremly recommended, the only thing is that staff was not speaking English but it was not difficult to deal with them :)

Great hotel and staff
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Pros: Right next to subway, kids can stay, comfortable
Cons: Nothing
The hotel and staff were great, with 3 adults and 1 child although small the room we had was perfect for us all. It is right next to a subway entrance so getting around was quite easy, staff were great though they didn't speak much English they were very very helpful to us, would definitely recommend staying here if in osaka...

Super close to the subway
Posted Jan 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff at the hotel had basic english skills, so some aspects were a little hard - you couldn't rely on their service for sightseeing information for example. In saying that, they were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The subway entrance was a one minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around very easy.

Good but can be better
Posted Jan 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good service with very good location. I love the washing machine in room, this is very helpful. The warmer and hot water service is easy to access. This is very important when the weather is cold and sometimes snowing. The size of room is reasonable and the price is fair. The only problem is no wifi access and need to bring a laptop or notebook. I will be there again as the overall service is better than our expectations. Thank you.

Pros: Location n budget price
Cons: Toilet too small
Location: Less than a minute walk to station
Is a budget hotel where very near to the subway station higobashi. Lawson, 7 eleven very nearby. And a cheap Japanese fast food restaurant just around the corner. Taste not bad for the food . Highly recommend to those budget traveller . Save Ur cost for staying in the city .
