Breakfast was not provided for me the second day of my stay there. The same towels were left in a washing machine the entire time I was there, so there was one other washing machine left and was usually being used.

What a great hotel! I had a single room and it was absolutely massive compared to other hotels. Breakfast (three choices, including bacon and eggs) is also delivered every morning for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with in English. There's a laundry room with coin operated machines and plenty of tourist information including recommendations on what to visit. Like others have said, don't let the fact that it's an 'adult' hotel put you off. There's nothing sketchy about it. The only bummer is the location is a bit out of the way from all the big tourist stuff in Osaka. You're looking at about 40 minutes by subway to Dotonbori. Not a huge issue though, considering how cheap and nice this hotel is.

I went when Typhoon Jebi blew through, so I am going to rate my experience purely on the basis of the hotel and amenities. Also, I am not a frequent traveler, so a lot of my opinions will sound strange. The experienxe was lovely overall. The presence of an elevator, clean sheets every day, a window you can open right behind the bed, plenty of outlets and toiletries, and a nice TV for passing the time. The building also withstood the strongest storm Japan's experimented in 25 years.

Large room, great service, clean.
Room was very spacious, the best we've had while being in Japan for 3 weeks (3 different accommodations). Clean, large room, nicely air conditioned, complimentary bottle of water and a snack. Also a massage chair and a jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful (although not all spoke English, it didn't matter too much). Nice base to travel to Osaka station so that we could go beyond (Nara, Kyoto, etc). Doesn't matter that it's a love hotel, in fact I will return! Highly recommended.

Great hotel in juso
I stay here every chance I get. It has huge rooms compared to other Japanese hotels. The staff is really friendly and help you whenever they can. It is indeed a "love hotel" so it comes with the appropriate accoutrements.

The room is spacious.and there are big sofa, huge bed, massage chair and my favorite- large massage bathtub.The room is equipped with full set of facial cleansing products, hair styling equipment and body lotions. Recommend to couples only as the hotel is decorated with 'Love' elements.

Great location close to Umeda-Osaka
This "Love Hotel" also contains small single/double rooms which are very reasonably priced. The hotel is only two train stops from Umeda Station and all Hankyu trains pass through Juso Station. Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Just right for the person who wants to explore Osaka and the environs and just need a place to rest. Staff are extremely polite and obliging.

Not as you might think for an "adult-only" hotel!
The first time to be in a "love hotel"!! however it is a quite respectful place not as you might though from the description. It appears that this concept of hotels is popular in Japan!! Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a very good condition. Very good value for the quoted price

Fantastic stay!
A fantastic stay. Classy across the board. Close to just about everything. Excellent food and market options nearby. A very short walk to Juso station. The front desk is always extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

it was a good stay at Fine Garden Juso ,we stayed for 3 nights What we like the most is size and decoration of the room and everything is already prepared well. But this hotel located in Love Motel area and need to walk around 700 m. from train station. it's good anyway Room is very big and clean.

Good size room for a Japanese hotel. Although it is called a love hotel there were a fair number of regular hotel guests. English speaking staff available. Good selection of breakfast. Close to the train station. Good location; one stop away from Umeda/Osaka train station which has access to all tourist attractions. Recommend taking limousine bus from either Kansai or Itami airports to Umeda and then taking a taxi to the hotel. Would stay at this hotel again.

Convenient and safe location close to Juso Station
It was a very pleasant stay. 10 minute walk from Juso Station. Loved staying here. I had free bottled water and a packet of chips everyday. Staff translated my English to Japanese which made it convenient for me to get around. No enough place to hand clothes. Need more hangers and perhaps cupboard. Staff was very helpful.

Knew about the hotel's 'love' connection. In line with other reviews; if you didn't know in advance you wouldn't have known at all. Modern rooms, well maintained. Free WiFi as advertised. Had a few breakfast options during my 3 night stay. All delivered on time & fit for purpose. Located opposite the Plaza Osaka hotel. Juso is a good station just 2 stops from Umeda (150¥) but also has direct trains to nearby Kobe & Kyoto. The massager on the windowsill was a nice touch & a blessing.. for my feet. Highly recommended. Book with confidence.

if you can skip the type of this hotel, everything is veryyyy gooood. it's so comfyyy and relax staying there. their staffs are really nice and kind. I couldn't find the big size of their room in any hotel in japan (in the same rate). Every facilities is useful and great such as spa chair, toilet or even their couter bar. I feel like home every time backing from outside, such a warm and relax place ever. it was my best experience in japan :-)

We were very impressed with our luxurious room. It had a spa, massage chair, lounge suite,TV,fridge in a very large room. It was a 5 min walk to the train station ( Juso ) and 1 stop from Osaka station. Lots of restaurants near by and Don Quote around the corner. It was clean and quiet and the staff very nice. We were unsure what an Adult only hotel was when we booked it but as a tourist travelling through we thought it was the nicest room we had in our whole vacation. There is limited English but we got through okay. You just have to press every button on the controls until you find the one your looking for.

The hotel was a bit pricey considering the room size. Osaka is a big city, so perhaps this was to be expected. The room was quite small however and the bathroom was actually quite cramped. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful and one of the ladies helped me draw up an itinerary of places to visit, something that was very, very helpful given that I had less than a day in Osaka. The service was prompt too; whenever I called for something from my room, it was delivered immediately. Breakfast is included but it is a fixed menu. You have to decide the day before as to what you want and it is delivered to your room the next morning.

A gem in Juso!
As a solo traveler, this little love hotel was the perfect place to recharge for exploring Osaka. Plenty convenient and close enough to the train station and whatever other action you may be looking for. Super nice staff and comfortable beds. Bathroom a bit tight in the single room, but I managed. All in all, super value and an extremely nice staff. I look forward to staying there again in whatever capacity.

Never judge a book its cover...
....or a hotel by its somewhat 'interesting' exterior. Fine little hotel, the room itself stands up against any that I've stayed in, in Asia. Clean, comfortable, great location close to the station. Ideal for a couple of days stay. I was dubious because of its status as a 'love motel' but I found staying to be an absolute pleasure and would highly recommend it to anyone.

It's so funny it's a love hotel. Compared to the other hotels I lived in Japan, this one has the worst service and I really worried about the cleaniness since it's a hotel for lovers. But the room is so big hahaha. This one is too expensive.

everything was great except for the fact that i had to leave the room key every time i had to leave. but for the price, the (love) hotel was a great place to stay. some other guy said he needed earplugs because he could hear other people's "business" at night. but i didn't hear anything, maybe because i was lucky. anyways, when/if i come back to osaka, i'll definitely will stay at this hotel again!

I can't believe you can get a hotel this good for the price we paid. The location is a little out of the way but the room is so good you wouldn't want to leave anyway (massage chair and a spa, what more could you want).

Decent place to stay. Walls are a little thinner than one would expect for a love hotel. Was surprised to be able hear conversations and the occasional cough/sneeze from neighboring rooms. Easily solved with earplugs. Staff is great, friendly and provided maps of the neighborhood. Hotel is a little hard to find, had to resort to google maps, but once you've found it, it's 5 mins or so walk to/from the Juso station. Lots of food nearby. In reception there is a board for other travellers to write comments, so it's nice to see that it's not just a love hotel. Lots of 24 hr convenience stores nearby (Lawson is right on the corner) to pick up supplies.

I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel , although somewhat listed as a "love hotel" was amazingly comfortable, clean and in great shape. I'd recommend it to anyone even if they have negative views of run-of-the-mill "love hotels." An important fact is that it's only 3 minutes walk from the Juso rail station; and with one easy change, a a short trip to Namba station and a connection to Nankai train to Kansai International Airport

Decent hotel in a convenient location
Clean, and reasonably modern hotel. Like many less-expensive Japanese hotels, the rooms are tiny but clean and well-equipped. The hotel, like many in its neighborhood, offers rooms both for the night and by the hour. It is a short walk to the Juso station, which is on all of the Hankyu railway lines leaving Umeda station (adjacent to the JR Osaka station). It is a short taxi ride to Shin-Osaka station (where the Haruka airport express stops).
