Convenient
We booked here just to sleep for one night as we had an overnight layover in Osaka before our longhaul flight the next day. We wanted to see a bit of the city before departing, and this hotel was conveniently close to Osaka Station (were we took the shuttle bus to the airport) just a 5 min. walk away. The station itself has a shopping centre and a restaurant floor and it is also surrounded by lots of other businesses and izakaya. Great location for someone who is just staying for a night. The hotel itself is small and dark but the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was good sized with a double bed, an en-suite, tv and mini fridge. Overall clean and tidy, with all the amenities and slippers available. It was just what we needed on our last day in Japan, a great goodnight's rest.

Very nice hotel
It's a nice hotel but a little bit far from the public transport - approximately 15 minutes by walking. Everything in the hotel is just fine and I suspect the whole chain LiVEMAX is a very good chain of hotels in different Japanese cities.

Good Price near Umeda (good for short stays)
Well priced room. Nothing fancy. Not very many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but Umeda is about a 10 minute walk away and there were many more options there. The closest stations (Umeda Station and Osaka Station) were about a 15 minute walk away, but from there you are very well connected to most areas in the city.

Cheap and preety good
We stayed there for 3 night. Cheap hotel, clean room, but not really good surrounding view. I like the bathroom because it clean and complete equipment. There is a coin loundry which really helpfull for us, because we didn't bring many clothes.

設備の上には埃が積もり、前の客が貼り付けたステッカーが電子レンジに残ったまま。バスの蛇口付近には赤い水垢が溜まっている状態。上を見上げると、換気扇には埃がびっしりと付着。

安くて快適な滞在でした
シングルルーム2名での利用でした。かなり安価なので狭いことは覚悟して行きましたが、セミダブルサイズのベッドがあり、部屋も予想より広々していて、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。

駅からそこそこ歩くのがネックと言えばネックかと思いました。禁煙のお部屋をお願いしていましたが喫煙のお部屋が用意されていたのは閉口しましたが、チェックインの際に、快く部屋を変更して下さったのは有り難かったです。 設備は新しくはないですが、清潔感はあります。値段相応という印象です。

頗遠要有心理準備
梅田行要12-15分鐘，在墓所旁，附近不旺, 有心理準備，去中津站比較近，老人家可能不喜歡，便利店方面也不算近

外観や廊下はややイメージ悪い感じでしたが、室内は他のホテルとまったく遜色はありません。人件費には徹底したコストカットを感じましたが、客室にはそれはあまり感じませんでした。値段から考えてこれで十分と思いますし、また利用したいと考えます。

酒店位置不好找，房間細小，廁所亦細。 由於室內空氣焗促，一打開窗口才發現原來酒店旁邊對正墓園，結果還是把窗關掉。幾晚都住得很不自在。

離車站有點遠,不過往梅田還是步行距離. 收費便宜,房間質素也不能強求.床上那張被明顯N年沒洗,都有污漬,睡覺時只好蓋薄被,把它推開一點(但又要靠它保暖). 房間整體空間感還可以,不過浴室很小. 近馬路,晚上有點吵. 房間用密碼鎖,算方便.但關門後不會自動鎖,出門時一定要記得鎖門

梅田駅から少し離れているが、周辺の見通しもよく駅まで歩きの移動は気にならなかった。ホテル周辺にコンビニや飲食店もあり、コストパフォーマンスを考えるとお勧めだと思う。

駅も近く、便利
大阪駅から徒歩20分ほどで到着。 飲屋街の近くでもあり、その辺りのアクセスが良く田舎人の私もとても便利に感じた。 また、目的地などをホテルの従業員の方に聞いた時、とても丁寧に道順を教えてくださり助かった。 宿泊料がとてもリーズナブルだったのでどんなホテルか少し心配だったが、とても満足のいくホテルだった。 また次回大阪への旅行の際はご利用させていただきたい。

安いホテル
値段から考えれば良いコストパフォーマンス。設備も、エアコン、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、ポット、テレビと充実。 立地も、飲食店が周りに多く、コンビニ、スーパーも割と近く。梅田駅周辺からでも歩いて問題なく行ける。 少し壁が薄いかなというぐらい。

방이 없어 흡연방을 구했는데 환기가 잘 안되어서 담배냄새가 24시간 내내 방안에서 났습니다. 티비와 침대의 배치또한 이상해서 보기 불편하였고 객실 또한 좁아서 불편한점이 있었습니다.

良心的なお値段、お値段に見合った客室
お値段にひかれてここに決定。受付の方も親切で部屋もきれいでした。 ただしやっぱり安いだけあって壁は薄く、隣の部屋や廊下の音がよく聞こえました。 またアメニティーも、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシなど最低限のものは客室にあり、バススポンジや綿棒、コットンなどもフロントでもらえました。ただ、欲を言えば、クレンジングや洗顔料もあればなお嬉しかったです… 持参を忘れたのは当方のミスであり、途中のコンビニで買っていこうかとも思いつつ「まあホテルにあるでしょう」と思ったのですがこちらが甘かったようです。 まあ、お値段を考えれば贅沢は言えませんし、スタッフさんの丁寧さや部屋の綺麗さは素晴らしかったです。

좋은데 가격대비 저렴한 건지는 모르겠어용ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다만 라이브맥스 호텔이 우메다에만 2군데라 처음 찾아가는데 헤맸어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 오사카역이랑 걸으면 15분정도?? 거리라 걸어다니셔도 될 듯ㅎ
