“clean and great location”
However it is very small. My husband and I had to share a smaller than a full-sized bed. Other than that not too bad.

Good points of hotel - Very clean and quiet. Front desk personels very helpful. Provided good information and helped us write down translations for cab drivers. Maids did good job. Hotel location is great - right in the center of shopping and eating destinations and close to subway. It may be a bit cramp at the bathroom...if you are an above average size - I am 5' 3", I found the bathroom cramp. I have to get out of the bathroom to put on my clothes. It was not most convenient as I was sharing a room with a friend in the twin bed room.

this hotel was in a great location - two blocks away from the major shopping area. staff was very courteous and hotel rooms were very clean.

Very close to many department stores and shopping areas, walking distance to almost all of Minami area.

I cannot give any reviews since I am not satisfied with the room we had. We requested to be upgraded to a triple room but they cannot give us any since they only have 1 triple room in the whole hotel.

Hotel location is really very close to subway. However, room were real small, even for twin. The worse is they do not actually offer non smoking room and the room is real smoke stink. They do not have air con and only heater. With raining outside, we have no choice but to open the window a bit to cool down the room temperature. ( You need to ask them to open the window since it is locked. ) Breakfast need to consume at your desire destination of interest since shops do not open that early in the surrounding.
