“Staff spoke english, very helpful, very very clean and well organised, we were all very impressed”

We went in with low expectations and found out that this is a VERY nice hotel, they provide everything you need in the bathroom, house coats, slippers etc. we are very happy that we booked our stay at this hotel, we were a group of 4 adults (2couples).

Area recommendations
Lots of things to see in Osaka, and also Kyoto. Osaka Castle is a must see! Take the Bullet train and you'll have a nice experience.
Getting around
In the Shin-Osaka subway station is the best Tourist Information Centre, go and ask them about attractions and you'll be soooo much better off than trying to find them yourself through the internet.
