Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff.Posted Apr 6, 2014
Location: Many shops and convenience stores in Shin-Osaka station next door.
Great location, next to Shin-Osaka station. Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. Nice rooms, larger than expected for Japan. WARNING, NO WIRELESS INTERNET IN THE ROOMS. There is a poor wireless signal in the lobby. I had significant trouble connecting to the hotel internet by cable. No signal. Suddenly, after connecting for an hour, and several calls to the front desk for reboot, it started working, but failed again later in the same evening. I would definitely stay here again, nice hotel, but hope they upgrade their WIFI technology in the near future.

Great LocationPosted Dec 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was located next to the Shin-Osaka station and Hankyu building, making it very convenient. No free wifi available but that's not an issue to us as we've rented wifi modem for everyday use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Things to possibly improve on: sometimes when we got back to the room, the cleaning staff has accidentally left our unused towels from previous day on dressing table (with new ones in bathroom), sometimes the amenities was not fully replenished. Also, only one key was available (even though its a twin room), which makes it in convenient when my friend and I had different plans on that day since we didn't know who will arrive back first. Other than that, it's been a great stay.

Spacious room!Posted Dec 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Quality of service - Great! One day before arriving at the hotel, we sent an email requesting for connecting room. The staff replied almost immediately and tried their best to accommodate us. As we had some parcels delivered to our hotel, the staff gave us our parcels without much hassle! The room was spacious unexpectedly and the hotel amenities was of good quality. Location was great too, It was approximately 5 minutes from the JR station. Only complain is that the tap "shrieks" whenever it was turned on and that we could not find any convenience store that is 24hour nearby. Will definitely come back again!

Easy access to train systemPosted Nov 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Hotel was in a great location and close to the train system which would be nice for the leisure traveler. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant in the lobby also had English characters in their menu which is helpful if you do not know Japaneses.

Convenient to train stationPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Larger than usual Japanese hotel room and very near the station. Unfortunately there was no sign for the hotel in the station and there are at least 3 possible exits. After going out the wrong door I went back into the station and found someone to ask. The hotel needs to put up a sign, and the exit should be identified at time of booking. Other than that, I would return.

We stayed in 2 rooms in this particular hotel. Both rooms were large for Japanese standards and very clean. The hotel is located right next to a train station. Easy access to the Shinkansen, other national train lines, local trains and the metro. We took the train from the airport and arrived at the hotel in half hour. Since our hotel price did not include breakfast we ate at the train station where you can find good number of places for breakfast and lunch western and Japanese style.

Great location in vicinity of train stationPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is super close to Shin-Osaka station. Like a minute walk from the west gate. The rooms are decently nice and have a massage chair. The only down side I could think of is no free Wi-fi.

Clean, Courteous, and ConvenientPosted Aug 2, 2013
Pros: Lots of space, especially for Japan. And, the hotel staff were super helpful.
Cons: Although you can cancel hotels up to 24 hours before your reservation, you must do it through Expedia - which is tough to do overseas.
Location: Great train station full of shopping and eating just two minutes away on foot. Eat here instead of at the hotel - cheaper and more fun!
We stayed at this hotel the night we arrived in Japan. Super easy to find, and super easy to settle right in. We had only a few hours to find a great place to eat, and the hotel staff recommended a yakiniku ~3 blocks away. Perfect! Wish I had booked the same hotel on my egress from Japan, too.

Convenient location and very helpful staff!Posted May 21, 2013
The location is great for public transportation and for travelling by train and bullet train. Staff were helpful and even showed where to go to in the station if we were not sure.
