I appreciated that it was near the airport as I had an unexpected situation that required a room on short notice. The staff was friendly enough when I checked in and offered to carry my bags.
Before I checked in I had asked about the laundry facilities and the extent to which they were available. What I did not know and what I was not told is that there is no way for a guest to clean the lint traps, and the way I found this out was my clothes were as wet as when I put them in. I tried putting smaller and smaller amounts in until I was drying just three pairs of shirts or pants, and nothing. I had come in at ten thirty and it was close to 2am so I called the front desk and after a dozen minutes of attempting to communicate "the lint trap is full and it can't be cleaned" the guy on duty says "what do you want me to do about it?". I left that morning with a bag full of wet clothes. I would not return even if someone held a gun to my head.
there was some kind of red-brown stain that looked like blood to the left of the sink, but that was nothing compared to the laundry situation, so I didn't bother bringing it up to them.
The sheets, when inspected, appeared clean and without noticeable stains, so the presentation there was good.
