Great one night stay for our early morning homeward bound flight. However, there aren’t a great deal of dining options around and some weren’t even open whilst we were there. Still a great comfortable stay on the whole.

I appreciated that it was near the airport as I had an unexpected situation that required a room on short notice. The staff was friendly enough when I checked in and offered to carry my bags. Before I checked in I had asked about the laundry facilities and the extent to which they were available. What I did not know and what I was not told is that there is no way for a guest to clean the lint traps, and the way I found this out was my clothes were as wet as when I put them in. I tried putting smaller and smaller amounts in until I was drying just three pairs of shirts or pants, and nothing. I had come in at ten thirty and it was close to 2am so I called the front desk and after a dozen minutes of attempting to communicate "the lint trap is full and it can't be cleaned" the guy on duty says "what do you want me to do about it?". I left that morning with a bag full of wet clothes. I would not return even if someone held a gun to my head. there was some kind of red-brown stain that looked like blood to the left of the sink, but that was nothing compared to the laundry situation, so I didn't bother bringing it up to them. The sheets, when inspected, appeared clean and without noticeable stains, so the presentation there was good.

The hotel is literally at the airport which made it so convenient. It only took 4 mins to walk from the hotel lobby to the international terminal. Aside from convenience, the dining options onsite are amazing. I was able to eat at one of three options they offered (Brasserie) for their breakfast buffet, because it was included in my rate. The presentation of the food was beautiful but it tasted even more amazing. Breakfast was a combination of traditional and regional Japanese selections, as well as Western choices such as French pastries. It was so good, I went for their lunch buffet before taking my four minute walk to the airport terminal. Lunch had some traditional Japanese selections but they were mainly French inspired in presentation. I would definitely return to this hotel if flying out of Osaka again.

It is an airport hotel so I can’t comment on location other than it is 5 minutes walk from check in. Staff were literally waiting for me to check in and take my bags to my room. Very friendly and helpful

We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Nikko. I had a late night arrival and was exhausted. I was able to check in fast and the staff were super friendly even though I didn't speak fluent Japanese. They helped me check in with ease and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. They gave amenities and the shower/tub were heaven. It was nice to soak after a long flight. Check out was nice as they had a noon check out. They let you use express check out with depositing the key but I handed it to a staff member and she gladly took it and we exchanged bows and I went on my adventure. I highly recommend Hotel Nikko to everyone. Even my friends who arrived a day later used the hotel and enjoyed it.

After three long flights, Hotel Nikko serves as a convenient and excellent accommodation when you need to rest up and be ready for next day adventure. The hotel is just across the Kansai Airport exit and conveniently located next to train stations which connects the hotel to Osaka city proper.

Stunningly convenient location for arriving by train and leaving by plane – and efficient, well-appointed room with no detail missing. The room was quiet and the view interesting. I especially liked provided letterhead and postcards. Staff at front desk helped me to acquire postage stamps which was a nice touch. The only "downsides" are the check-in procedure was a little inefficient with groups not knowing where to lineup, stash gear while the checking in was a bit cumbersome – and, no fault of the hotel, but the surrounding area in the airport has a lot of closed down shops and services. The breakfast buffet was full of selections, tidy and well appreciated for a quick start to the day of travel. Will definitely stay here every time I fly from Kansai Airport.

Hotel Nikko Kansai was so convenient right off Kansai airport. We decided to stay for the night as we did not want to exhaust ourselves to travel to Osaka when we arrived at night. The breakfast buffet was a winner! Love the food choices and it really represent Osaka as the food basket of Japan. The staff are most courteous and helpful. Concierge got as a taxi to Namba and asked us to wait and relax at the lobby and called us when the taxi was there and ready. What a wonderful stay we had at Hotel Nikko Kansai. This hotel is highly recommended.

The property is dated, and my only complaint is that the pillows were really uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was spacious, excellent friendly staff, and the best possible location connected to KIX Terminal 1.

The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport- provided you notice the signs directing you to the 2nd floor. It’s a short, well-marked walk, through the train station. The room is of course small, but it’s comfortable. Our chief complaint is that we arrived at 8:15 pm and there are absolutely zero dining options open, and there’s not even room service. Perhaps there is a convenience store or vending machines, but the front desk never mentioned them when we inquired about where to eat. I’ve spent 40 years doing international business travel and this is the first time I ever encountered this. It needs to be corrected
