good location, value for moneyPosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: the hotel staff very helpful & friendly, the japanese room style (tatami), the free public SPA
Cons: the room door need to replace, it difficult to lock . the free public SPA have limited time for the guest, if improve to open longer time is better
Location: very close to Sensaikai tourist spot( many famous local foods/goods) about 5 min walk. next to hotel is a corner cafe shop serve with japanese coffee
the hotel is very convenience so easy access to many tourist spot, nearby the subway (about 2 min walk) & train/tram station (about 8 min by walk, direct to/from Kansai airport)

Good for a night or two.Posted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Convenience to subway and train to airport.
Cons: A chair and a small table could be in the sparse room.
Location: Subway outside front door, airport train 5 min away, 2 major grocery stores and the zoo is nearby.
The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke good English which made check-in easier. Cleaning staff very friendly and talkative. The hotel was clean as were the rooms minus some marks on the wall but no big deal. My biggest complaint was the smell of the grass mats which covered the entire room. The smell was quite pungent but once in the room for a bit you got accustomed to it. A\C worked very well. There is only 1 shower on the second floor and 2 on the first floor. There are more available in the onsen which is free to use for men from 5-8:50 pm and for women from 9-12 pm. There are 9 floors to the building but the 2 times I went to use the shower there was no waiting. Not the best part of Osaka but felt very safe. There are 2 large grocery stores nearby and the subway line is just outside of the hotel front door. The line to the airport is a 5 min walk away. The fridge worked very well as did the TV, no English stations though.

Pros: The staff was amazing!!!
Cons: Make the sleeping pads more comfortable and rid the rooms of the smell if possible
Location: It's near EXIT 2 we went out exit 8 and we had to walk a ways and got lost
it wasnt very comfortable and the room smelled like wet hay but it's close to exit2 by the subway and the staff was extreamly friendly and helpful.

Perfect backpackers hotelPosted Aug 16, 2013
As the advert says, does what it says on the tin. Nice enough room comfortable, provided a good place to sleep. Well placed next to station that could access many near by stations such as Himeji, Nara and Kyoto. Interesting local area. Perfect for the price

Best bang for your buckPosted Aug 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel offers the best value for money. I have stayed in capsule hotels which charges more but offers little space (did I miss the a nice little fridge in the room in Taiyo?) The hotels offer the western shower rooms in addition to the jap style public bath and the location is great as the supermarkets nearby has cheap daily supplies/groceries and it is <200 m away from the Osaka metro station. It can get quiet in the station at night but it is not a concern on safety.

Good basic accomodation in OsakaPosted May 19, 2013
Location: 1 Minute walk from Dobutsuen Mau metro station (M22 & K19). 5 minute walk to Spaworld complex
This is a basic, but very cheap hotel that is perfectly adequate for a short stay in Osaka. Close to Metro station and also to the Spaworld complex. Polite staff on reception who can adequately converse in English. If you want a 'no frills' stay at an excellent price this is the place to stay. If you want luxury and lots of additional services, then probably best go elsewhere.

Small but well located, internet station and cheapPosted May 14, 2013
The hotel is well located, abordable, friendly and got internet station (it s a most in Osaka and in Japan in general) and an excellent shower system. For sure, the room is small and sometimes noisy but a tired traveler can find is happiness there ! Good choice !
