“Very Satisfied!”

Not too far a walk from the station and the hotel is centralized around a lot of shops, restaurants, and clubs. If you are seeking a place with a good nightlife then this hotel is the place to stay. The streets at night are filled with people encouraging others to come into their club or restaurant. The front desk people are very accommodating and speak enough English to help out some travelers who know zero Japanese! The 10th floor had a very nice view and I would have given the room a 5/5 but the bathtub has a window that looks into the bedroom which is not too appealing.

“Clean, comfortable, modern, great location”

The hotel is conveniently located both in terms of transportation (subway, airport) and restaurants/shopping. We had our two year old with us and the beds were big enough for us to share a bed with her - in fact, two people could fit on the singles as they were big . Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very well maintained. We were extremely satisfied with the hotel.

“Fantastic hotel”

This hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing. Just a short walk from the Namba train station, there is easy access to everything. The staff are very friendly and speak English, but do not seem to be able to answer questions in relation to restaurants, sites, and events.

“Loved It!”

Our nicest hotel in Japan. Resonably priced with luxury. Awesome location. Awesome late-night room service. The bathroom was really cool. Most of the staff spoke enough english to be helpful. Very professional enviornment. Very beautiful . Will be my Osaka hotel from here on out.

“Great location”

We stay in this hotel for 4 days. We were very satisfied with the quality of the room, the service and the hotel. The price is right for the location, it is right at the centre of Namba even though the street is a little bit seedy. We will definitely stay here again.

“Excellent hotel, well located”

The hotel is located in the entertainment district of Osaka, with clubs and bars all around, which we found convenient. The only minus with the hotel is that every night I had to change my room card because it kept being demagnetized for an odd reason but that's the only negative point. Everything else was perfect.

“one night in osaka with a view”

we only stayed on osaka for one night so its hard to say if the location overall was great. although, if you want to be right smack in the middle of the hub-bub then this place is great. unreal amounts of shopping and people watching right outside the front door. we felt relaxed inside the hotel and spinning with (slightly sketchy) night life outside. we asked for a high up room with a view of the river. they gave us a great room with a nice view high up but it was on the side of the hotel not the front. we were only there for one night so we opted to not say anything about changing rooms. rooms were clean and light filled with a nice bathroom and lots of amenities. the bathroom had a window in between the shower and the bedroom area--very sexy! (blinds can be pulled down for those who are more modest). if we were to go back to osaka we would definitely stay here again. and would also recommend this place.

“Great hotel in Osaka”

Big room, wonderful shower, great location. Only downside is that wifi is only available in the lobby

“Good price, good location”

Good hotel for a good price. It was very close to Dotonbori, the shopping arcade, Ebisu bridge etc. Great location if you want nightlife in Osaka. Also was a quick walk from Namba station from where you can get anywhere. Slightly bigger room than a hotel in Tokyo. Overall great hotel for the price if you are wanting to be close to nightlife and shopping.

“Overall good stay”

Rooms are fantastic, only issue was the bed was a bit too hard and the pillow too hard and high. The television didn't serve as much entertainment as there was only about 5 channels with nothing particularly interesting on them. No wifi in rooms was really annoying also.
