We have 4 people in our party and it has 4 beds with charging capacities on top of every bed. The room is bigger than other Japanese like budget hotels I stayed at. Very convenient location to Dotonbori district.

The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was exactly as described and ver clean/comfortable. The pillows were hard, but that seems consistent with many hotels in Japan. A great stay.

Pretty average. Bathroom was small but the rest of the room was decent sized for being in Japan. we had a two twin bed room. Friends had a double bed and their room was a tad smaller.

Great property, close to everything! The only issue I had when we arrived was with a gentleman who wasn’t helpful at all, he wasn’t Japanese! Once a gentleman who was Japanese he explained to me the checking process and told me what to do in the mean time we waited, the rest of the staff was so friendly with my kids and helpful. (Except that guy)

Had a nice time with this hotel strong wifi connection staff is accomodating but poor in english rooms are small comfort room are small too what do you expect your in japan the price is ok just average i guess near dotonbori and shinsaibashi -suji where many shops and good food are located i had only one problem looking for this hotel please put english name sign outside of your hotel specially more tourist are coming to your place.

Good enough for single night stay
This hotel is one of the few that has triple rooms. However, according to the hotel, all triple rooms are smoking rooms. We were fortunate to have a room with a window, so we could open the window to air the room even though it was rather cold. The location which is near Dontonbori, is very convenient but the walls of the room must be really thin as I could hear the singing and talking noises from the next room and was kept awake till around 2 a.m.

Nice size room but the toilet stinks.
The location of the hotel is great. Next to one of the best shopping area in Osaka. The size of the room is big by Japan standard. But the bathroom is one of the worst I've been in. A bad smell emanated from the floor drain. Tried covering it with a towel, but the smell was too strong. The location of the toilet bowl was so close to one side of the wall that I had to sit side ways. The handicap handles in the bath tub protruded out of the wall so much that couple times when I reached for the soap I hit my head on it. Wanted to get out of the room as fast as I could the following morning.

Good Hotel close to Dotonbori Area and Namba Subwy
Our hotel was centrally located such that you could make trips to all the major tourist areas with ease. I assume like most rooms in Japan the rooms are small, with the bathroom being the size of 5' by 4'. our bed was a little springy but overall it was okay. We spent most of our time in and around the city and not so much time in the hotel.

The hotel is not in the best condition but everything works well and is clean. Staff are friendly and can speak English though not very well. The only sad thing is that I requested for an additional pillow and they said No. I stayed there for 6 nights and I would think they will try to accommodate but they didn't. The one thing that I really like was the shower sponge which they provided free of charge at the counter. The location of the hotel is very close to Dotonburi which of course is excellent.

Excellently located but budget property
Located just a couple minutes walk from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Districts this hotel is in a prime location. Namba subway, Nankai Namba and JR Namba stations are all within a close walk. Then only let down was the room. It's old and very tired. The bathroom had a really dirty floor and mould on the shower curtain and walls. The bed and pillow were rock hard. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work so it was hot and stifling in the room. I don't understand why you have to keep handing the room key when you leave. This is a bit annoying. All in all this is a budget option. The room had a kettle and a mini-fridge. It was clean and quiet. I guess it's the price to pay for location.

Pretty sweet place. Very centrally located
Pretty nice hotel. The location is amazing. The Namba subway stop is super close by and all of Osaka is easily accessible because of that. All the rooms in the hotel are smoking type, and the amount it smells like smoke is variable (mine was fine, but one of my friends' rooms smelled of smoke). It is also a little hard to find if you don't have google maps or a gps on you.

Cheap but not clean
We were welcomed well and the accommodation was cheap. The room was dirty however. Mold on the walls, stains on the bed sheets and a weird smell throughout our floor and even in our room. From the outside this place looks great. Once you get up to your floor, it really is something else. It resembles more closely to a pack packers than a hotel. Will never stay here again.

Very convenient location! Within 10 minutes walking to Shisaibashi and Dotinbori. There are a lot of eating places in the alley and around the hotel. The room is clean but the bathroom is really small and there's no power outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer. The front desk people are very friendly although they speak limited English. The bus station of airport shuttle is about 20 min walking distance from the hotel using the underground passage, it's better to take a cab to the station if you have lot of luggages like I do.

Budget hotel near Dotonbori
If you want a hotel that is near Dotonbori, near a train station and is a budget hotel, this can be one of your choices. This is a few blocks away from the Glico Man, so it is pretty easy to go back to your place if you need to rest or drop off the stuff you bought from the different nearby stores. The hotel interior felt pretty old but it was well maintained. This hotel offered 2 complimentary bottles of water. Our Tokyo hotel didnt, so this is a plus. Surprisingly the room was big too. So no problem opening your luggage. Be prepared to leave your room keys when leaving the hotel though. Not sure why they have this policy but it's no big deal. The people on the front desk were very helpful and it is easy to converse with them in english.

This hotel has a good location, less than 5 mins walk to dotonbori and shinsaibashi. Hotel may be a little older but it's clean and functional. Hotel staff were friendly too.

Very pleased with the hotel in terms of space and location. we booked a triple room and paid for an extra child. 3 beds given and room was well cleaned. We requested for non smoking room but it was full.....fortunately room was well ventilated and cleaned that there just wasn't any stench. We usually come back very late and am pleased that you can easily find food to eat even up till 11pm. Namba subway is nearby exit 25..shortwalk of 2 streets to hotel.
