“Recommended for families”

Friendly helpful and flexible - staff & service were great! The breakfasts at the restaurant (neuf neuf) are very expensive, but they have a little cafe (tres tres bon) which does good coffee and pastries/croissants for a third of the price so there are alternatives for everyone. A clean, comfortable and affordable hotel.

“Outstanding Osaka”

The staff were awesome from exchanging currency to providing detailed instructions on a map. Customer service is still alive and well in Osaka.

“Ramada Osaka = Nice Place”

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Osaka and will definitely stay there again if I go back. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and speaks English well. It has a great location, too. Only 2 stops from Shin Osaka station, which is great if you're arriving via the Shinkansen which stops there. The rooms are also very nice. I stayed in the smallest size room and yes, it was a little small, but who's going to be spending time in their hotel room when they're in Osaka?! The room is comfortable and the bathrooms are also very good- several complimentary razors, toothbrushes, etc. provided. There's also a plethora of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well-They put American hotels w/ those tiny bottles to shame! Ramada Osaka = Nice Place.

“Good Location”

In a good location as it is connected to an exit from Nakamatsu subway station, and only a 10 minute walk from the main Umeda Station. We found the Umeda train station to be very confusing, and it was much easier to get the subway to Shin-Osaka and get a local train from there.

“Osaka hidden gem”

My overall experience with this hotel is very positive. The hotel rate is very reasonable. The location is another big plus because It is directly connected to the subway station. The room size is bigger then your typical japanese hotel room. Free Internet connection (wired) is available in all rooms. The hotel staffs are very friendly and having no problem with english.

“A Japanese Welcome.”

First time in Japan. found the hotel staff very pleasant and ifficient. Went out of their way to to make sure you had a good stay. could nor have been more obliging and helpfull. Hotel is in the process of being renovated, the renovations appeared over night as if by magic, very good work. Own entrance to subway.Would return for further stay.

“Clean, Friendly, and Easy”

The hotel was recently remodeled. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The hotel staff is excellent, including the restaurant and bar staff. I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and accommodations.
