“Want to go back again”

Very clean rooms. Friendly stuff. Free High Speed Internet is a plus. Rooms are pretty small but that is common in Japan.

“Harder bed”

We prefered harder bed. Towards the end of our stay, a guest was asking them to put another bed pad. I wonder that would make the bed harder. Room was sometimes hot, but could not control the temperature individualy. My husband is a vegan, so he could not eat breakfast there. Location was perfect for us.

“Great location”

The hotel location is great, next to Subway Yotsuya line exit 10 and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. On the 1st floor there's a minimart, very convenience. Room is small but enough space.

“Old hotel w difficult access & quiet surrounding”

The most negative point of this hotel is it's location, the surrounding area is quiet. even it is above Higobashi subway st but not quite easy to reach if you travel from Kansai airport or other major sinkansen st or from the hotel to Kansai airport or other shinkansen st. you have to change train and have a 10 minute walk to go to the Kansai airport. this is not easy for traveler with big luggage. I compare this with other hotel we previously stay.. The hotel is also very old.
