“Great Hotel, Great people!”
This was a last minute trip! We loved it although short! There is the access to the metro and JR lines which makes traveling through Japan very easy and comfortable! The Hotel Personnel were friendly, almost to a fault!
“Plush!”
So convenient - subway below and an airport bus that leaves from the hotel. A very Western hotel experience in all amenities and service. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and bent over backwards to make sure things were just so. Highly recommended if you want a non-Japanese-style lodging experience in the heart of Osaka.
“wwould go back there anytime”
great location to subways and trains. Very good dinning in the hotel and in the immediate area. Hotel staff was VERY helpful.
“Would use again”
Airport shuttle drops you off at the hotel door - very convenient. Good hotel restaurants at varying prices though higher than general restaurants in Japan. Hotel out of centre of city but convenient underground gets anywhere quickly. Room for three very good size. Extremely comfortable beds.
“Une très bonne surprise”
Super hotel chambre design et très fonctionnelle. Bien situé.
“Makes anyone feel special”
This Hotel and the staff that works here will make you feel like royalty! Everything they do is very efficient and they are all smiles about it. It is great. I wish more hotels have staff like this.
“Perfect end to an awesome trip”
Staying in this hotel was the perfect conclusion to an amazing journey across japan. Situated right by the subway station, I came off the train and was literally about 50 yards from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and japanese oddity within walking distance. The room was THE most comfortable hotel room i've stayed in while overseas and the lounge/bar was supremely classy. The shuttle in the morning to the airport was the most convenient amenity EVER. Highly recommend this place.
“convenient hotel for transfer, efficient service, good value”
I stayed at the Miyako Hotel for two nights while leisurely transiting through Japan. Very easy access from Kansai Airport using the airport bus to/from Uehommachi (45-60 mins each way, about US$10). The bus stop is just footsteps from the hotel door. The hotel is 2-3 underground stops from the liveliest part of town, but it is also possible to walk in about 20 minutes. There are several English language channels available, as well as free in-room broadband, but unfortunately there is an expensive charge for using the gym/pool. The room's furnishings are quite good. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient. The hotel was better than I expected for the price I was paying.
“Nice Hotel”
Spacious room, very nice amenities, however the concierge should be more helpful. When we asked for the way to Dotonbori (which is well-known), the staff gave an confusing answers. But overall, we would recommend this hotel
