“Restful sleep in Osaka”

The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful, especially when asked for help getting around Osaka and other areas in Japan. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Hotel sits right on top of a train station. 5 minutes walk from subway. Airport bus stops here every 20-30 minutes. Major department store next door. Room was heated too warmly while I was there (last week of March).

The service provided and the facility were 5 star ratings. Service provided to airport at front door was a plus value.

We were first-timers in Japan. Hotel was very beautiful, modern and very clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Not all spoke much English, best bet is front desk. Restaurants were lovely and the food was good, but on the expensive side - prices were better outside the hotel. Train station is adjacent, as well as major department store. and Seattle's Best. Very convenient limousine bus to and from the Kansai airport 1300 yen.

i cant say enough about the staff. they are extremly nice and accommodating. the hotel was situated near a food hall which had impressive salads, chicken kebabs cooked there and a whole range of other foods to take away. Very comfortable room in every way, would definitely go back.

“Great location for seeing Osaka”

The hotel was simple to get to from the major train stations. It required a couple of train and subway changes, but all were easy to make. The hotel itself was clean and very nicely appointed. We would highly recommend it.

Found the hotel to be pretty easy to find given its location right next to a subway station. I was very surprised at the elegance of the hotel, and the size of the room, given the price. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find baseball tickets. When I return to Osaka, this hotel will be my number one choice.

“Surprisingly nice!”

We only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and the staff courteous and attentive. When we checked in we requested extra towels and pillows and they arrived within 15 minutes. We had an early morning flight out of Itami Airport and were able to make it to the airport by walking 2 minutes away from the hotel to the convenient airport shuttle pickup. This made traveling with our two very sleepy kids, 8 and 5, much easier. Would definitely use this hotel again!

“Exciting Osaka.”

Well situated at a busy train station, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The staff were very obliging, especially the young Frenchman, and most staff could speak a little English. When staying here, you must take a chance to dine at the dinner buffet on the top floor. What a treat! The kids loved the chocolate fountain, fairy floss machine, icecream machine and softdrink machine while I was partial to the cheese fondue, and many other taste tempting dishes. At approx. $50 per head (after using in-house 10% dining discount) it was a real bargain. The rooms are serviced daily, and amenities are topped up daily. Another bonus is that the Airport Bus company leaves from right outside, so it was hassle free when trying to get to the airport for flights home.
