“Hotel strongly recommended”

Great location. Easy to find, just on top of the station. Surprisingly big room. Personnel very helpful - me and wife were discussing Kyoto (it was our second stop during the trip). Lady from front desk immediately without even any request from out side found for us map of Kyoto and recommended the best transportation approach.

“Outstanding location and access, fantastic staff”

Staff exceeded expectations in making sure our stay was comfortable. Hotel is very convenient to rapid transit train to KIX airport. Staff helped us load our bags and purchase our tickets. Also convenient to subway for transfer to other cities in Japan and visiting Osaka.

“"Very enjoyable stay"”

Room had 2 full size beds with a pull out sofa. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Decor was up to date, very modern. Room was on the 16th floor, a spectacular view of Osaka. Workers would stop and bow to you when you see them in the hallways. Very helpful with directions. Location of hotel has tons of shopping and restaurants underneath an across the street. Next time I come back to Osaka I will be back at this hotel. Price is very reasonable and well worth it.

“I will stay here again when in Japan!”

While the room was small for the price compared to hotels in the USA, it met our needs, accomodating my daughter and myself, 4 bags of clothing, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly. The ammenities provided will allow me to pack less next trip, and the location was ideal--right in the heart of everything and trains just downstairs. Quiet, English speaking staff, so much to say about this hotel. I was a little disappointed that use of internet services were pricey, but overall this is a perfect place for a visitor to Osaka. (If you don't have your laptop with you, you can still access the internet in the business center at the hotel for 300 yen/10 minutes.) This was still cheaper than an international call if you want to check in with the folks back home.

“Great Location, Excellent Service”

Great Location - From the airport, take the rapit train (about 35 minutes) to Namba station. From the train platform, it's just two escalator rides up to the hotel's front desk. Short walking distance from the hotel are covered shopping/dining arcades (including one full of Japanese cooking/dining accessories), a new and chic high-end mall (Namba Parks), the electronics town, and Takashimaya Department Store. If your priorities are shopping and dining, this is the place to stay. Excellent Service - The front desk, concierge, and assistant manager are all very helpful. They go out of their way to assist you in whatever you need. All understand and speak good English. Upon check out, the bellboy will take your luggage and accompany you all the way to your train, store your now heavy luggages in the compartment, and will even refuse a tip!

“Great Hotel - Great Location”

This hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean. The pool was lovely, although it costs extra to use it. Most importantly the location is excellent - right on top of a central subway station and a very easy place to reach if you are arriving from either airport. Arriving into this country jet lagged and new to Japan it was a great relief to have an easy time getting to the hotel and to find it to be a comfortable and relaxing home base. Very nice view of Osaka sky line as well.

“Great choice for osaka”

Great Hotel. The location is perfect: right on top of the JR train station and on 2 subway routes making it very easy to get around Osaka. Also very close to Dotonbori (5-10 minute walk), lots of shopping arcades, great restaurants, and den-den town. Room was clean, bathroom size was good. Staff was exceptional, able to give us great directs and recommendations for finding everything we needed. They even carried our bags to the train station for us!

“Looks really like fancy stuff”

I'd had a wonderful first experience in Japan. Since I was by myself and for the very first time in Asia, I wanted to make as easy as possible from KIX to the NAMBA area. It couldn't have been any easier. Staff was superb and they even sent me the directions (.DOC) before my departure. The NAMBA area is incredible. I also enjoyed the movie theater which is right in front of the hotel called TOHO Cinema. Another point is that as being a vegetarian, I got a bunch of good tips from the staff and my favorite place was the one called "DARUMA". I highly recommend this hotel.
