The location was very convenient. It's right at Tennoji Station where you can easily access the subway, JR and Kintetsu lines. The pay gate of the subway was just outside the hotel exit at the basement level. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that anyone could easily come up to your floor by taking the elevator without going through the hotel lobby.

Great value. Quiet and clean. Conveniently across the street from Tennoji station. Rooms are quite large vs. nearby hotels though a bit dated. The nightly rate was very good. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Time for a update.
The hotel is very close to the train station. Can get there without going outside. A sushiro in the building and attched to a mall. Lots of food a shopping options near by. It is time for a update. Has that 80's style. Room was clean for the age. Toilet flushing was difficult some times as you have to use a big lever on the wall. Had to hold it for quite a while in order for it to flush.

Love hotel’s bed very much . The room was very comfortable. The hotel close to shopping mall, transportation and very convenient to train to Kundai airport. Will definitely come back again ❤️

The hotel is located next to Tennoji Station and near 2 big shopping malls. Parking at the hotel was full so we had to park at the shopping mall next to it and we paid more than double the amount for parking at the hotel

Room size is big, it has the room option of 3 single beds, price is reasonable. Next to Kintetsu Rail Station, opposite the JR Tennoji Station and Osaka Metro (underground train) Tennoji Station. Close to big shopping malls (MIO, Q Mall) and department stores (Kintetsu and Ito Yakado).

The rooms are much bigger, compared to other hotels. However, it is an older hotel and not that modern. The furniture is getting to look quite used. Location is very convenient, bring across the street from Tennoji station.

Convenient and nice!
Very convenient and spacious (for Japanese standards) room in a very nice hotel. The room was the size of a typical U.S. hotel room. The hotel was directly across the street from the JR station and within the (can access the hotel without stepping out of the Osaka Abenobashi) train station. Staff was superb! 7-Eleven store next door too.

The hotel is right facing the Tennoji Station, which is easy to locate. It is definitely not a new hotel, yet everything is clean, neat and tidy. Plus the reception staffs are really helpful.

I honestly don’t know why the reviews were down near 3 star. It is in an insanely convent spot it’s not insanely expensive it includes breakfast. Everyone is really nice the rooms are clean and have everything you could ask for.

Convenience, convenience
Rooms are bigger than most Japanese business hotels. It is fairly old, but everything works and its very clean. And its right next to the entrance of JR station which is so convenient. Loads of places to eat and shop in Tennoji (Kintetsu, Mio, Abeno Q's Mall), and well connected by Metro to the rest of Osaka. Alcohol-based sanitisers were placed everywhere in view of the global coronavirus situation.

A dated hotel. Actually pretty dusty in the rooms and carpets along the corridor. Provides usual hotel amenities and bedroom slippers. Very close to Tennoji station - just across the road from east exit. Has seven eleven and other shopping nearby

Facility and the room condition of this hotel is antiquanted. The air purifier in the room only re-humidifies intermittently due to fault. Street facing room we lived in was noisy. The only saving grace was reasonably clean room and close proximity to JR.

A room with no view
The conditions of the hotel is a bit soiled but location is excellent. As the double bed was pushed again the wall make your partner getting in and out extremely difficult. The telly is a vintage type and small, should add an internet phone to the room of which very common in Japan. Our room was on the low floor which was close to adjusting building make us face the walled structure
