Close to both JR and Metro.Posted Sep 23, 2013
Location: Tennoji JR, Kinetsu rail.
Close to both JR and Metro. The airport rapid and Haruka stopped at this area. There are shopping around this area too, however you might need to navigate a little before setting out. Hotel decor quite dated but retain the japanese western blend past. Superior rooms are comfortable size for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Basic toiletries provided.

Great location, quality, and service, perfect!Posted Dec 4, 2012
This was actually quite a surprise of a hotel find. The rate was very low considering what other large\chain hotels were charging in the area. I took a chance and went with it since I was only in Osaka for 2 nights. Boy was I happy with having chosen this hotel. The rooms are larger than the average hotel in Japan, possibly by double. The bed was the largest best I have ever even seen in Asia (a KING bed!), and the service was great. The location couldn't have been better, it was right next to the Tennoji Transit Hub, which is essentially where all the trains in Osaka come together, with a mall on top... perfect! I would stay there again anytime. My flight back to the US was at 18:30, so I asked for late check out, and the front desk allowed it, at no additional charge. If I find myself in Osaka again, I would certainly recommend this hotel!

great value and locationPosted Nov 25, 2012
great location (<5 minutes) from major JR station which makes it convenient to connect to other locations. Very clean and price was great. Room was good size for a Japanese hotel. Our room had 3 twin beds and was clean. All the ammenities were there. They also had toothbrushes and combs in case you forget yours.

Very nice, great locationPosted Nov 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located directly opposite one of the entrances to Tennoji Station, which is accessible by both the JR Loop and the subway, and is a short subway ride away from the Namba entertainment district. I had no problems communicating with the staff in English. My room was a non-smoking double room with a seating/TV area, which was clean and simply appointed, and quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. Wired internet was available in the room, but I used the free WiFi access (ask the front desk for the login info) from the lobby. The hotel itself is very attractive, and has exercise facilities and restaurants. The local area includes a park with a zoo, the Mio department store, a shopping mall and several small stores, restaurants and bars, so there's lots of options for food/drink for all budgets. Overall I had a great time, and I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel, HUGE room!Posted Oct 30, 2012
Pros: Size of the room,
Cons: Can't really fault it!
Location: Right opposite Tennoiji station - very conventient for Kansai airport. Lots of eating and shopping options in Tennoji.
Can't fault this hotel at all. Our Superior Double room was HUGE by Japanese standards. It is diectly oposite the JR Tennoji staion with a direct train to Kansai airport - takes about 40 minutes. Tennoji has lots of night life, plenty of shopping and good access to other areas of Osaka. The were very helpful and staff recommended at brilliant ramen noodle place a few minute walk away from the hotel. It's a little more expensive than some of the other options but for us, with an early morning flight from Kansai, it was worth it.
