Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax

I had reserved 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my daughter who has a baby. Upon arrival their room first of all was not ready. We were told it had to be checked first by the manager. After quite a wait, the manager came down and told us the room had been thoroughly checked. We got up to the roo, started unpacking, only to find the bathroom a filthy mess. Soap and dirty towels strewn all over the bathroom floor. Nothing had been cleaned. It was a mess.. The manager was called, we were moved to another room, however there was no compensation except for a free breakfast for all the inconvenience.

This hotel is great. We have stayed here before and continue to return when in the area. Price is a bit higher than some, but quality is good and location is good.

Wonderful, requested quiet room and manager was very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

the lady looking after the restaurant on Friday May 3,13 was just awful,,,,,she wont to charge me for 6 beers only had 3,,it was wing n pint night 11.95,,we had 2 specials ,,natchos 9.95 soft drink 2.00 and 3rd beer my total was 47.02 when i questioned her about total and the price of the 3rd beer she was very rude and discussed,, me personally because of that i will do everything in my power not to stay there again,,she was a total B?(%$&,,oh ya that total was not tax in yet so you do the math 11.95,11.95,9.95,2.00=35.85 bill was 47.02,,so my glass of beer was 11.17 very nice HILTON

nicely furnished, comfortable bed, clean, even had complimentary cookies and coffee available.. only complaint was loud air conditioners.. turned ours off, but could still hear below.

Stayed with my boyfriend to celebrate a birthday. We were in one of the King Suites with an in-room whirlpool. The carpet was very dusty, which made my mild dust allergy flare up. The suite was clean otherwise, and fixtures in good condition. The front lobby and common areas of the hotel were a little dark and dingy. I've stayed in many Hiltons, and have come to expect a certain level of hospitality from the staff. I was disappointed in the service we received, from the front desk agent who checked us in. Hasty, impersonal and unpleasant. When we called guest services agent to request a corkscrew for our wine, we waited for 20 minutes only to have a rollaway bed brought to us instead. The staff member was visibly annoyed and left, when he did arrive with our corkscrew, he shoved it into my hand and walked away. Again, hasty, impersonal and unpleasant. The whirpool and bathroom facilities were both clean and great to use. Microwave and fridge in room were convenient and made our stay more pleasant. Our overall experience was satisfactory. The staff interaction would definitely deter me from staying here again, but is great value for a king suite with in room whirlpool. Perfect if you're planning to keep to yourselves and stay in your room, but book elsewhere if you're looking for that something extra and outstanding service.

This is a very nice hotel that is close to the 401 and close to shopping. My room was very spacious, very clean, and quite comfortable. Although I didn't use the fridge, coffee maker and microwave, they are a nice touch for someone who is considering a longer stay. I had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. The food was excellent. The hotel in general is very clean and spacious.

I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. My room was beautiful and everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed the older feel of this hotel, very clean, bright and extremely welcoming. Went with my two children and they enjoyed the hot tub and pool when we had down time. Right beside Clifton Hill which is the activity hub of Niagara Falls if your looking for things to do. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.
