The room was wonderful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were all lovely and helpful, especially Alexandra at the front desk who went out of her way to give advice and recommendations. 10-10 recommend!

The Hotel was very central, very close to all the sights. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The hotel is definitely recommended.

I did not know that I had any VIP Access benefit or room upgrade. I was not offered any. The hotel overall was fine - fantastic location, the hotel conditions generally felt new and clean and stylish. The bedside electrical outlets did not work. The staff was overall friendly and professional, the only two small nitpicks: 1) the added bed was not made when we got the room; 2) we asked to fix the electric outlets, one staff said will follow but did not.

The property was clean and well-lit. The area around the hotel had lots of things to do. The only downsides were the walls are a little thin. I could hear the people above me. Also, the A/C only went to 68 degrees and I still felt kinda warm.

The location of the hotel is excellent, central and close to all of the main attractions. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Hot shower and lovely Rituals body products in the bathrooms. Breakfast is also excellent.

Great location, nice breakfast. The room wasn't that clean, there was hair and bird seed on the floor. Very small and basic room, my room didn't have slippers or robe though I saw other guests with them. There wasn't any moisturizing lotion though temps were -20C. The walls were very thin and I was woken up by people walking by the room multiple times every night. There is a lobby bar but it's at the hotel entrance, very cold by the door and messy floor. The grand hotel next door was a better place to go for a drink and dinner.

The bathrooms are very nice but no place to put your toiletries in some of the room layouts. Some missing items in rooms- when asked for hair dryer they were convinced it was there. They came up to look because they didn’t believe us. Quiet courtyard is not a courtyard in US terms. It is a wall. Rooms on the road very loud throughout the night.

Great overall. Courteous staff, great breakfast and location. Very convenient to take AirPort Express from nearby station. Everything you need for comfortable stay. Very clean and practical. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location and close to all amenities. The breakfast was great, with many different choices available. The room was small but well appointed. I would recommend this hotel.
