Wonderful time in osloPosted Jul 14, 2014
Great location, nice apartment, very friendly staff and value worth. One big disappointment is the noise from the traffic. Ask for inner facing apartment if noise is something you cannot tolerate. We have the family size one. There are two groceries around the corner. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurant and transportation stops.

Nice location, few amenitiesPosted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Good location and price (for Oslo); good staff
Cons: Allow for guests to adjust room temperature!!! Also, be a little more generous with towels and soap and shampoo.
Location: Between Royal Palace and Frogner Park
Pros: great location, very near to bus and tram stops, grocery stores and restaurants and only a short walk from the Royal Palace; staff is very nice and helpful Cons: A/C is non-existent; if you are there in the summer, get a fan from the staff! A thermostat is in the room but apparently is only for show; you can't adjust it. rooms are cleaned only once per week; we were there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. Towels also are only given one set of 3 towels per person; if you want more, you have to pay extra.

Centrally located gemPosted May 17, 2014
We absolutely loved Frogner House Apartments! Centrally located in the upmarket Frogner district, these stylish, comfortable apartments offer a perfect base for exploring Oslo. Great thought has gone into providing everything in the room that a traveller could need. All the popular sites are within walking distance but location is well served by public transport and taxis if required. HIGHLY recommended!

A perfect base to explore the city from a nice neighbourhood. Comfortable, clean, relatively affordable. Not too many frills.

Perfect apartment in OsloPosted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: Clean modern apartments in a great location.
Cons: If anything maybe bigger softer towels (minor comment only)
Location: In a nice tasteful quiet part of town but near to all transport links. Lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops.
We had a family room which had a large comfortable sofa bed as the extra bed. Really nice corner apartment overlooking the street. Not at all noisy. Kitchenette with hob, small oven and dishwasher. Everything we needed for a short break. Location ideal for getting around Oslo. Tram and bus stops round the corner from the apartments. Metro station 5 min walk away. Transport system so efficient we never waited any longer than 10 mins for a bus or tram. Really helpful reception staff keen to help with any queries we had. Bagel shop for breakfast just next door and several nice coffee shops and restaurants very close by. We were warned but everything really is very expensive! Luckily credit cards accepted everywhere! Couldn't fault the accommodation or our trip and would definitely visit again! Would recommend visiting the Fram Museum, Sculpture Park and Holmenkollen Ski Jump - good for adults and kids.

Great location for the center of Oslo, spacious.Posted Mar 23, 2014
Pros: Location, near the center of Oslo, apparently they locate each of the appartments near cafe's so breakfast is easily available.
Cons: Nothing really, maybe a few more pillows
Location: Walking access to the center of Oslo and pretty well everything. Tram stop outside.
The Frogner House appartments are very spacious and well appointed. Our room had 2 guest bathrooms, a kitchen/Dinner and bedroom with loads of room for a family of 4.
