Could do better. Average stay.
Average 3* hotel. Well situated not far from the station. Very impersonal welcome at reception. No information given about the hotel. Minimal service. Room was clean. Bed is not ready made as you have a folded comforter on top of your bedsheet that you need to unfold and set on the bed. First day, the heater was a bit on the high side. I mentionnés it to the reception. Next few days heater was out. Cannot control from the room. Bathroom is comfortable but one of the shower door did not have the rubber underneath so the water was leaking on the tiles every time I took a shower. Needed to use the towels to sponge out the water. The towel could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Good selection. Would be good to get a small plier to get the bread out of the toaster instead of burning your fingers. Waiters are just clearers and are not even greeting you when you come for breakfast. Coffee machine was not functioning and I had to get a waiter who said to me that it was full. He emptied the drawer but when I came back it was not working. Had to call another waiter. Service is very limited. Ok stay but will not stay there again.

The property is located next to the highway and has an underground parking. Nothing outstanding but a good overall experience

Friendly staff especially reception clean rooms, excellent choice with breakfast very nice Hotel, room was a little cold with no heating adjustment but would stay again.

Very nice stay here always
This is the most convenient hotel for anyone having an office in Asker proper as well as to access all the nice restaurants nearby Asker train station. Of the 3-4 options within Asker, this is my first choice due to these reasons. Their breakfast is also amazing and I have never been let down by it. Coffee is always available in the lobby. So not having a coffee machine in the room is not really missed. There is only one improvement I can suggest. In winters, the rooms are extremely dry and that really affects my nasal passages badly. I dont experience the same with the hotels near the airport, so there must be something they can do to humidify the rooms a bit better.

We were given a very good room and the staff was very kind and helping. The place is situated very near to the rail, and bus stations and great facilities for eating out were available. I recommend this hotel for families, couples as well as group holiday makers.

Good as alternative to central Oslo
Hotel is modern and close to station so easy to walk. Room was spacious and bed was adjustable but for me it compromised the comfort of the mattress.

I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and stay in this hotel it’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station . Comfortable rooms and beds one of the best things of the room is the underfloor heating in the bathroom this is amazing !!! Breakfast is also one of the best I’ve seen in hotels all you need in one room :)

Stay here everytime
I tend to stay here everytime I visit as it is close to the city center as well as our office in Asker. Eating places are within walking distance and the breakfast is pretty good as well.

Typical Scandic hotel. Comfortable enough although room very warm. Lots of noise from outside, fast cars and thumpin' car stereos at 4am. Breakfast and restaurant food quality is good. Room was spacious and shower room en-suite was OK. Not sure why the rubbish was lifted from the bin and left on the desk by cleaning staff. Location was ideal, under 10 mins walk from the train station and Asker centre and only 20 mins walk to work. Apart from the noise from outside the hotel it is a good option for accommodation.

Best in Asker
If you are working in Asker like I was, this is a good option. Located not too far from the train station. Might be a good option for Oslo area as well if you want to save some money and use the train to commute into Oslo. Breakfast is quite good with good options.

Fine room.
Since it was a handicapped room to have an extra bed for our daughter, things were different. The shower only had one panel, which meant water got everywhere on the floor The oddest part was the air conditioning. It was controlled at the desk and the room was hot. No signs in the room either but my husband went to the front desk and they explained and adjusted it. Room was neat and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Thanks for posting allergy information.

Rather sterile hotel. Have stayed
Rather sterile hotel. Have stayed some 4 times for practicality. Nice-sized rooms and excellent breakfast are its positives. Rooms and fittings are sterile and impersonal, and often function poorly. Examples: hinged shower doors open onto toilet and sink (sliding doors would have been more practical). To view yourself in the mirror in the room means standing up against the wall. Air is dry, walls resonate when neighbours open and shut their doors. Tables are supposedly retro styled but virtually impractical. Not a place I feel at all at home in.
