Comfortable room with mini bar & waterside view. Walk in shower. tea& coffee making. Breakfast included & mostly v good. Convenient walk to Aker Brygge tram stop. Hotel ordered our taxi for our return to airport early am. Fab massage at the spa. Spa- Small pool, steam room & sauna bit on expensive side and was a bit busy.

Fabulous hotel in a chic & stylish area with lots of restaurants. Lovely deluxe room with very comfortable bed, a bath tub and powerful shower. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely spa

I absolutely loved this hotel. Too bad we stopped in only for one night. The staff was excellent; they were very service-oriented. The rooms were nicely appointed. The food and options were quite good. Loved the art, the lounge and the jazz concert... The location is quite nice - a bit far from the airport but on the water and close to other things you may want to see! We will definitely be back here.

The staff were great. The room was clean. There was a plug socket that didn’t work. I had to put a towel down on the ironing board before I could use it, because it was badly stained.

Beautiful property walking distance to most of the must sees in Oslo. We had a deluxe double with balcony. The balcony was small and sadly we had a view of a construction site. Maybe ask for odd number room higher up to avoid this. Turn down service was chocolate and sparkling water which was much appreciated. Breakfast was an amazing spread…. With no shortage of staff. Roof top bar not open but we did go to ground floor bar. Cozy and friendly service if just a bit slow ( 20 min to get 2 drinks) check in and check out was quick and easy. With our booking we got spa entrance for 2… which included rain shower, pool, sauna and steam room. Could not get spa treatment as all booked. If you want to use the facilities including gym you have to pay. Beds were big and super comfy. overall pleasant stay.

I liked the location because the area was easily walkable along the Oslo harbor, the breakfast was good, dinner very good. I was taken aback that no staff is available like a bellman to help guests with their luggage.

This was an pleasant hotel . The food was very well made and varied.Would have liked plain water in evenings rather than sparkling water. Also would have preferred the spa to be open longer and you not have to book. Staff were friendly and location good.

I didn’t get any of the VIP benefits promised. The Spa was very nice but it closes earlier than many others, limited hours. The property location is so strategic and quiet. I loved it. The overall modern designs inside and the quality built out were really enjoyable.
