“Great Breakfast--Old Room--Fair Maintenance”

We arrived late and got the last room available in the house. The bathroom lights didn't work and we got a "smoking" room instead of the "no smoking" we had requested. The hotel sent a night porter who got the light to work. It turned out the switch was broken. The hotel worked hard and found a "work around." //Breakfasts were great! Staff helpful!

“Wll go back..great breakfast..convenient location”

This was a good hotel. Convenient location. Neat and clean. Nice Linens. awasome breakfast buffet(30+items). Provided facility to store luggage. Front desk staff was courtious, spoke english. Internet was good. Oslo is an expensive city. $5 per tram ride. Buy 70 NOK daily pass, good for 24 hrs. Restaurant, expect to pay $25-35 per dinner.

“Eh. Solidly ok with problems.”

I was glad I was only in this hotel one night. Although cheap, it's not particularly close to anything, and blocked off from the center city by a busy road. The condition of the hotel is ok, but definitely showing its age. My first room also reeked of cigarette smoke, and it was difficult to convince the front desk to put me in a different room. Not sure I'd go back, but if you're willing to trade time with price, it might be worth it.
