Mycket bra och trevlig hotell, bra service. Sängerna var lite mjuka enligt visa, hårda enligt andra. Men varmt på rummen var det, lite svettig på natten.

Decent hotel in the center of town
Good location near the center of town. Nice breakfast and outdoor bar facing the park. The room was very hot and had no air conditioning so very difficult to sleep.

Litet parkeringsgarage, ganska sträva påslakan, lyhört. Vi hade även oturen att få rum mot parkeringsgaraget och lastkajen där de väckte oss vid 7-8 på morgonen pga av varor som lastades av och på..

Property was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The “free” Breakfast Buffet was the best I’ve had in any hotel! It was also very walkable to restaurants & shops.

Heating issues
The hotel is rather nice but there was no heating in the room. I had to change two rooms and still was not working. I have received an electric heater as it was end of January (freezing) but then the electric heater made the night sleep a bit uncomfortable

We try to predict the weather and set our ventilation systems accordingly, but sometimes it's difficult to keep up with the Swedish weather which is why we always keep some portable heaters for our guests at the front desk.

We have signal extenders spread out in the entire buildning, but occasionally there may be some local problems with the connection. I stayed for three nights in a single room and my friends had a double room while we attended NärCon. The only real difference seemed to be that my room came with an empty mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and the space was certainly enough for 1 person. The facilities were clean and functional. The WiFi, though free, was less than satisfactory. Though I was in a suite very close to the reception, the WiFi was barely enough to send a text message.

Worst hotel for cost performance
I have booked 4 nights, but due to the late flight so I could not turn up on the first day. When I approached to the reception the girl told me that my booking has been cancelled, and if I would like to stay then I need to pay £400+ for the remaining 3 night. I called Hotels.com and try to solve the problem. It took me one and half hour. and end of the day I still need to pay in advance and get the refund later. The room is not clean, see the photo ( may not that clear regarding I was so tried that day) and the door can not be locked. when I reported to reception the following morning and I was told no one can open the door from out side so I don't need it. Also at the time they promised to have a look the lock. But until I checked out nothing happened. Also they skiped one day for room clean. When we come back the room and nothing changed and there a lable hanged on the door handle say sth about to save the earth. But I did not hang it.

Nice and spacious rooms. Coffee and Tea available in room. Bathroom Tub was a little higher than what we were used to, but manageable. Great selection for Breakfast. Worth the extra cost in my opinion. Fast elevator. Shuttle to Airport prompt and spacious. Close to Airport. Actually, dropped off rental and walked to hotel( about 20 minutes). WiFi was down for a little time.

Nice and efficient hotel in Linköping
Good hotel to stay overnight when traveling for business. I can also imagine that it can be a good hotel for a family on vacation to stay overnight for a day or two. We were happy with our stay and had a surprisingly good meal at the restaurant. Nice and serviceminded staff.

Inte det trevligaste bemötandet när vi kom, ingen generell info om när frukost serveras etc. Badrummet var ganska smutsigt med hårrester vid handfatet, ingen handtvål. Sängar ok. Läget bra med gångavstånd till city, parkering smidig och bra.

Fantastisk personal och bra hotell
Hotellet i sig (i alla fall i de rummen vi hade) är en aning slitet och allt är kanske inte helt topp om man jämför med ett nytt modernt hotell. Det uppvägs dock mer än väl av den trevliga lobbyn, den relaxade och sköna atmosfären och personalen som var otroligt tillmötesgående precis överallt, och med en genuin vänlighet som man inte upplever så ofta numera. Rummen som sagt helt ok, finns allt man behöver, bra och fritt wifi, stort badrum, relativt sköna sängar, begränsad men funktionell arbetsyta. Fantastiskt fin frukost med jultema och trots mycket folk fungerade allt smidigt. Personalen även här superalerta och trevliga och hela stället andas en familjär stämning trots att det är ett relativt stort kedjehotell. Promenadavstånd till Linköping centrum, enkelt med kollektivtrafik, hotellet har egen parkering i p-hus men det finns även kommunala p-platser i anslutning till hotellet. Prisvärt otroligt trevligt boende i Linköping helt enkelt, finns ingen anledning att överväga andra ställen….
