The staff is great. The hotel is affordable and just off of 2 highways making it perfect for us. Great Italian restaurant just across the street and a grocery store just down the road.

We stayed at this hotel during a hockey tournament. We were unsure if we needed the second night (depended on hockey games), so we checked out and they assured us if we checked back in we'd get same rate. I was a little wary of this, since we booked through Expedia, but when we checked back in, they had written a note so whoever was working would know. The pool was quite large! The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to us. The rest of our team was at a Holiday Inn that they paid much more for, and I enjoyed our hotel so much more for a better price! My only complaint is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Would definitely stay there again!
“Preety good for the price, but hard to find”
It's an older two-story motor hotel, stairs only. Was refurbished (paint, carpet, furniture, plumbing fixtures) around 2008. Indoor pool and exercise area both in decent shape. Restaurant isn't much, but there are lots of places to eat up and down the road. Now, about that road. "Richmond Road" may have been a continuous whole at some point in the distant past, but it's at least four separate segments -- some four-lane divided, some two-lane, at least one dead-end -- at present. If you get on Richmond Rd and just follow your nose, you'll find yourself on Robertson Rd or Moody Rd (which intersect one another -- discontiguous segments of Richmond end up as continuations of each). The hotel is within spitting distance of the point where one of the Richmonds turns into Robertson. Best thing I can say is to look long and hard at a detailed online map until you see what's going on. Then print out that map page and take it with you. Oh, and that "for the price" thing -- that's assuming you get a decent online discount. Staying over a Saturday night worked for me.

we have to ask to the housekeeper to wacuum the room!! it is not done automaticly... the air conditioning was noisy! they sent somebody who was not able to fix it ! it is realy very disturbing!

We stay at this hotel every other summer while visiting friends and family. The service is consistently good and the check-in and housekeeping staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the hot tub jets are weak.
“A pleasant surprise”
Don't let the pictures online fool you. The hotel was clean, and had an outside green area that was very pleasant while I was on business trip. They accomodated my request for some privacy, and the room was very modern and clean.
