“my best location in Ottawa ; close to family”

We were welcomed and felt secure. The hotel provided a location that was very close tothe enterance to make it easier for my 84 year old mother. Nice consideration.

“If in Ottawa, Ontario Canada, we would stay at this hotel again”

No continental breakfast but the restaurant on site was reasonable and the food was delicious. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Not close to downtown Ottawa.”

The advertisement on Expedia stated this hotel was located in downtown Ottawa but it turned out it was in 13 minute drive from there. Everything else was alright.
