Check in was welcomed with friendly service. Our room was simple, clean and we had a peaceful sleep on the nice beds. There were sport teams and larger travelling groups but things were quite. Breakfast was great. A very good stay.

Came for a concert, loved how close it was to the Canadian Tire Centre while also feeling quiet and tucked away. Everything was clean and great would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

The staff was really nice and having breakfast available in the morning was a perk. They were doing construction and had given us the room beside the space where the construction was taking place. The floors and carpet were dirty and covered in small bits of insulation fibers. The noise that they made in the morning bringing in their machinery was also an inconvenience. Overall, it is an average level establishment.

Very clean, updated interior, staff friendly and very helpful, morning breakfast was terrific. The best was absolutely no traffic sound even though the inn is situated next to the 417. Quiet, clean, friendly, what more can you ask.....oh yes...reasonably priced.

Our room was very quiet. Parents of the kids running loose should be held accountable. Kids weren’t bad or overly disruptive. Just over took the workout room and spent too much time up and down the halls.

Great place to stay. Wasn't thrilled about parking in the back (I was on 2nd floor so did not have dedicated parking space.) And, of course, it is hockey family friendly so a lot of vehicles during hockey season on the weekend (possibly more than one vehicle per room). I was worried about parking but it worked out. Still, I would rather, first come, first served re: parking than having to "schlep" my stuff in two go 'rounds. Kids running up and down the hallway, but parents were good about nipping that in the bud by 9pm.

Was a long check in process. It was busy due to a lot of people checking in. But it seemed like the process of checking one person/family in took a little too long. Most places it is a lot faster. They also had us booked in the wrong room. Had to show them my booking information on my phone. So we got put in the correct room type. Place is clean though. Nice facilities. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was nice.
