Being accused for smoking in the room and told "no evidence" when we went outside and sat in our car and told them to look at the cameras. We even clean3led the room, all we did was sleep and take a showrr and the only good service was the gentleman when we checked in.

When the housekeepers suspect a room has been smoked in, it must be checked. Unfortunately, it happens often. When there is no evidence of smoking, there is not much we can do. The room had to be deep cleaned and put out of order for several days because of the lingering odor.

The are advertising breakfast included/free continental breakfast. But when you go the continental breakfast area it is closed and the direct you to the restaurant. The restaurant does have a sad breakfast bar setup but it is 8 dollars to have access to the toast, cereal, yogurt, and a croissants. If you want eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, the is an additional cost and they have to bring it to you. Then they are asking for tips for the service. Not impressed considering in was advertised as a included breakfast at the time of booking.

We do not advertise anywhere that breakfast is included and it has been that way since June of this year. I am sorry that you found the breakfast offered in the attached restaurant underwhelming.

Days Inn signage didn’t even light up, we almost missed it when we first arrived. This was first thing we saw before entering the hotel and it represented the hotel. Shower head was broken it almost came off. Bed mattress was so old. Carpet was so old. LG TV was outdated. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Elevator stopped working at night and we were at 5/F. I had an impression that they just want to close down the business. Terrible.

Staff were not very friendly and welcoming, challenged us on basic questions such as if there was Continental breakfast (told us to look at the hotel info online) asked about a seniors discount and very rudely said no, even with our elderly mother standing with us. Nothing special or fancy about this hotel, which is fine if you just need a place to stay overnight

Front desk who checked us on was outstanding. Personable, engaged, knowledgeable. Everyone else told us they did not know anything as they had only been there a day or so. TV kept freezing. Obviously not enough WiFi strength for the usage. Annoying.

The staff were very good. I believe the property is under maintenance. It’s very basic. No coffee shop in the property, no breakfast facility in the property. We left after two nights. I think it’s overrated for the price.

Decent place Random stuff all over the place broken Elevator button to be one AC did not work a damm in the room. Was hotter then a sauna No matter what you did it would not work.. Too tired to change rooms. Bed was comfy. And so was the pillows. Staff nice. No breakfast at all.

If you can spend a few extra dollars stay anywhere else. This DAYS INN property is falling apart and it looks like no money has been invested into the infrastructure for a long time. The Expedia photo is misleading...the building is now painted in ugly black and the brickwork is crumbling although there were contractors working on the outer facade when we were there. At the end of the day, in late afternoon, roofing contractors would set up in a section of the hotel parking lot, pull out their camping chairs and drink alcohol continuously for 3 or 4 hours. This went on for three days, right in the middle of the guest parking while we were there and no one on the DAYS INN staff seemed concerned. Each morning the parking lot would be strewn with beer cans...everywhere. The room itself was replete with broken fixtures and substandard amenities while the hallway carpet was dirty and obviously had not seen a vacuum in a few days. During our stay, not one visit by hotel staff to quickly clean the room...all in the name of saving the environment and Mother Earth. To top off the entire experience, we had booked in April 2023 and at that time breakfast was included. However, DAYS INN discontinued the breakfast service on June 28, 2023. When we checked in, no one informed us of this change and we were told it was no longer available. Upon leaving/checking out, we were informed, only then, that meal vouchers should have been given to us but apparently, no one on staff took any action.

Overall good stay. However, there is currently construction happening on one side of the building. This is fine, but a heads up would have been nice that it was directly happening in front of our room on the 6th floor. So when I opened the curtains in the morning, there was a man directly outside the window who proceeded to look inside before I closed the curtains. If I had been given notice I would have kept the curtains closed for privacy. Luckily I was dressed when I opened the curtains. When I told the front desk and they seemed pretty uninterested in my concerns.
