“Got what I paid for.”

Reasonable accommodations for the rate paid. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Would stay again if I were back in the area.

“Overall was a good place to stay.”

location was close interstate, Walmart, Tractor supply, and several places to eat. Hallway smelled like smoke but room smelled ok and was clean.

“Lower Class Motel”

Well located right off I-80. Staff at desk very friendly and helpful. However, that faint bug spray smell odor was apparent on the first floor, but thankfully, not on the second floor where I stayed. And no sign of bugs anywhere. Overall, room was clean and comfortable - sheets a bit worn, but nothing concerning. Motel is not very insulated - bathroom fan noise from another room was very loud almost all night.

“Ok for the price”

For an affordable place to stay, the hotel was fine. We didn't have any problems with any amenities, it could just use some renovation. The outlets next to the vanity didn't work well, so we had to use a power strip they had in the room to get ready. There were also distinct smells in the hallways, which didn't necessarily make us feel comfortable staying there.

“Just off the interstate”

The staff of the hotel, which appears to be family-owned, is very welcoming, which we appreciate. Princeton doesn't have many options for hotels, and they're all about the same. The fact that the Econolodge is conveniently located is a big factor for us- the Red Apple is right next door, McDonald's across the street. The rooms are what you would expect, neither luxurious nor spartan, just an Econolodge. There's a free breakfast in the morning as well, although we didn't stay for it. Good enough place to stay if you find yourself in the Princeton area, but you should know that smoking is allowed in the hotel. There are 'no-smoking' rooms, but really, they are even a little smoky just by being in the same building.

“it will do”

it was ok. Seemed overpriced for condition. It was virtually empty. Breakfast was very scarce. Hi on carbs. lo on everything else.
