The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. Breakfast was very nice assortment and the 2 people working the breakfast were very helpful and kept everything clean and appealing.

The property needs updated. No movie channels. Air conditioning didnt work had to buy fan at walmart. So noisy couldnt sleep kids running in halls. Must of been jumping on beds sounds like they were gonna come thru the ceiling

I am so accustomed to there being issues with hotels. I walked in looking and ready to have to speak to the manager! This was not the case this time. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and the bed was super comfy. Throw in a microwave and fridge and tv with all the cable channels——-WINNER!! I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff was helpful and personable. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but we were handed keys immediately when we returned. The location was a little odd - our window faced the back of a Cracker Barrel, and some sketchy looking businesses near by, but the hotel itself was fine. The TV was small and outdated. Overall good for the price.

The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast offered very good choices and the lady in the kitchen couldn’t have been nicer. Front desk staff very friendly. One of the best places we have stayed since start of the pandemic

One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. You feel welcomed when you enter. Housekeeping impeccable. Our room had our towels arranged in bow motifs with a handwritten note from our cleaner telling us to enjoy our stay. Good location. Highly recommend. Wish all hotels could be like this one!

Staff was friendly but our non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They moved us to another room that smelled heavily of perfume - bathroom looked like it had mold and wasn’t super clean.

Nice clean Hampton Inn with friendly staff. Ottawa is a great place to stay off of I-80, south west of Chicago. Very nice historic area with a good selection of restaurants is about 2 miles away.
