“Knights Inn of Ottawa, Kansas nice place to stay.”

Reasonably priced room. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room was clean. I had a two day stay for work and while i was gone for only about 40 min in morn came back room was already. Clean. That's what i call service. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if business brings me to that area of Kansas.

“Do not stay here”

Hotel is not on the highway - not near any restaurants. Hotel room was dirty and in shabby condition - broken countertops - dirty carpeting - filthy floor in bathroom - cigarette ashes and all. Items in room felt sticky. Strange humming sound all night turned out to be ice maker next to room. Why they put us there is beyond me as we appeared to be in one of only two other rooms rented out.
