Great location... if you like small roomsPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: #1 - the location. It's also a nice hotel - clean, nice pool, etc.
Cons: Can't do much at this point. Rooms are what they are.
Location: Close to the market, so walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, the Parliament buildings, great museums and more.
Love the location in Ottawa - right near the market and the canal. The room was very small, but worse than that, the beds were even smaller. Billed as doubles, they seemed more like super singles, so don't pick that option expecting a good night sleep (if you are sharing beds).

Limited space, no bathroom lockPosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern look.
Cons: space or furniture arrangement in the room (two queen beds). Not much room between beds and the desk. Put a lock on the bathroom door.
Location: Great location, plenty of great restaurants, and shopping near by.
Very nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location, walking distance to shopping and numerous restaurants. The only minor issues to note, tight space between the beds and the desk (room with two queen beds) and the is no lock on the bathroom door.

Very goodPosted Aug 21, 2014
Cons: A little pricey, but hotel rooms are occasionally hard to find in Ottawa.
Location: Byward Market, Parliament, museums, Rideau Centre across the street.
The front desk clerk was very accommodating about my unexpected early check-out (one night instead of two).

Right across the street from everythingPosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: location location location!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean.
Cons: better parking, i mean, if youre paying $25/day you should be able to have easier access in and out
Location: Rideau centre mall was across the street. and the entrance for the food court was right there! and byward is a couple blocks away. very easy
Everything was easy, and awesome. Clean, neat, i just didnt like the parking situation. but all in all, it was great

Prime location only one block from Byward marketPosted Aug 15, 2014
Close to all amenities: parliament is only 3 blocks away, many restaurants and attractions nearby. Room was small - no fridge or microwave and only double beds as opposed to queen. Pool is inconvenient to access. Otherwise a great location.
