I did not like the fact that I was charged twice. When booking on Expedia, I was charged, then at the reception they told me the booking did not go through and they charge me again. Then later I realised that I was charged on both on my credit card.

Super Place to Stay in Ottawa
We were surprised to find out that parking was not included and cost $15 a day. The location was excellent and bus service was right out front. The suite was spacious and included housekeeping services. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ottawa

Mediocre place
This student residence / hotel is just ok. The place is hard to find in the dark with all the construction because the road looks like a driveway due to the turn around at St Paul’s University. The place is spartan and the towels are horrible, very small and hard. They must not use fabric softener. Sheets and blankets have seen better days. Housekeeping showed up once during my 3 day stay. I had to ask to borrow a kettle to make coffee. The price was not low enough to make up for the lack of amenities given the $15.00 per night parking in addition to the cost of the room. I will not stay here again.

Ad was totally misleading. Very hard to find, bus driver and policeman tried to help find place. Had to walk in and out of buildings, finally found a security guard who walked us over to student residence building. Beds were very hard. Toilet paper so thin you could see through it. Screens to open windows falling off, full of cobwebs. Would never recommend to anyone.
