“Decent for the price”

Decent hotel, clean which is very imprortant. Breakfast was ok. Small. Nothing spectacular. If you're on a diet than it's great. Wifi is horrible.

“Disappointed”

I chose this hotel based on price and location (not too far from Enterprise and the train station). I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were coffee stains on my bed table, both mugs in the bathroom were dirty and someone had written comments in the guest service directory. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and the exercise room is...well in a closet. I was there for business and could not connect to the internet so I could not get any work done for 24 hours (I am in a different hotel now and as you can see, my connection works fine :-)

“Good value”

Nice small hotel with good value for the price. Rugs in hallways could use some cleaning or replaced but room condition was very good. Refrigerator was a nice convenience. Very small lobby and area for comp breakfast which was the standard toast, muffins, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee and was kept clean and full. Not that far from downtown and right off the expressway, so easy to get to and out of.

No trip to Ottawa would be complete without visiting the Byward Market area

“Pleasantly surprised. Would stay again.”

Very comfortable, nice view of city. Definitely will stay again. Only 5 minute drive to downtown. Great value with free parking and complimentary breakfast. Rooms and hotel very clean..

“Very good hotel vs price”

Hotel is nice and confortable. Room was clean, and confortable. Conveniently located to St Laurent bus station, which gives access to full bus network and to commute any place in Ottawa. Breakfast was minimal, which is ok, given the price of the room. Good hotel option for someone who only needs a confortable bed, well located to move around I was checked in to a room which had no access to internet, and the staff were very cooperative and changed my room to another one which had better connection
