The only thing that could improve is the accessible bathroom did not have any bars by the toilet to hold on to to get up.

Check-in was quick & easy. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast had options such a biscuits & gravy, sausage, cereal/toast/bagels, fresh fruit, oatmeal & yogurt. Waffle maker.

The water pressure in the shower was so bad that one couldn't get their hair shampooed and cleaned properly despite being the most expensive hotel in this small town

The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there. They would have contacted a neighboring hotel for us to use their pool but we decided against it. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

When we got off the elevators to the second floor, I could smell cigarette smoke. When we entered room 215, the smell of cigarettes was even worse. The smell was so bad that it leached onto our clothes and belongings. It was late, so I didn’t complain when I probably should have. I keep wondering how management and housekeeping could have overlooked this and rented out this room. The staff and property was fine otherwise, but if I ever come back through this town I’ll probably try the Holiday Inn next door instead.

Only down side was that we could not close the drapes in the room that looked over the Hy-Vee parking lot. Also the flies in the eating area were pretty bad. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The pool was not available and we were not notified till we checked in. The hot water heater broke one morning so we had to take cold showers. The last day at breakfast the milk in breakfast was all curdled.

The concern we had was the pigeons outside of our room. The window was disgusting . You should not be using that room til that situation is resolved. The cooing in the morning didn’t make for a great day. Staff was very friendly. To many different stories on the pigeon resolve.

Pool was under “renovation”. One hotel employee told my family it would be back up and running in two days. A different employee told another family it would be 2 months. The trim in our room was falling off the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch. When we went to open up the sofa bed it looked like someone had gotten their hair cut on it. Overall wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. Won’t be staying there again.

I don’t know what eco friendly means… I think that’s a meaningless new term crafted by MBA’s in your organization, But the hotel and staff were excellent. That’s the most important.

This is a nice property well maintained and clean. The breakfast area was decent. I usually stay at this location for family christmas due to the pool for the younger grandkids however this tie the pool was closed for some reason! I also called this location a few weeks in advance and requested adjointing rooms which they noted. When we arrived our rooms were not even on the same floor!!

The staff was very friendly. The shower leaked into the bedroom, pigeons cooed all night. The breakfast sausage and gravy was awful. The pool was closed, both treadmills were busted. It’s a shame because most of these properties around the country are so much better. I must comment again, the staff was very friendly! Unfortunately, we will not stay there in the future.

I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years. Check in/out has always been very easy and staff has been very accomodating if i needed anything. This property is the best place to stay in this town.
