We had a lovely time, our room was very clean and nice. My only minor complaint would be the pillows were hard but thats a preference, not on the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and walked me to my room so I didnt get lost.

On my arrival I was completely ignored while the counter associate was arguing with someone on her cell phone. I was not happy with the pool not being heated and the hot tub had WAY TO MUCH CLORINE BURNING EYES AND SINUSES. Two staff members argued at 8pm in front of my door and was threatened to beat the $#*t out of the other (one male threatening female) after feeling unsafe and disappointed in all aspects, we left the hotel a day early and checked into a different place.
