It was a nice clean hotel but the best part was the helpful and courteous staff. Every staff member that we encountered on both the evening staff and the morning staff was so friendly and seemed to be looking to do whatever they could to improve our experience.

The pool area had no bathroom and there were so many box elder bugs everywhere. Along windows and door were dirty. There was no juice or water available for breakfast, the dispenser wasn't working.

We had booked for 2 nights & thought we were locked in. With an oncoming snow storm, we needed to drive back to Nebraska, so they allowed us to leave after 1 night with credit for the 2nd night.

The room was clean and quiet, with plenty of toiletries and the staff was hospitable. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, yogurt, pastries, juice, etc). Con: the vending machine was offline for credit cards and only took cash.

Bed was hard and bathroom fan very noisy. Check in was slow, desk clerk was busy flirting with 2 gentleman ahead of us so it took longer. Probably won’t stay again. Just an ok stay, nothing worth coming back to. Waffle maker broken, limited breakfast choices.

Furious the jacuzzi is closed! I've stayed there before and was looking forward to some swimming in the pool, then relaxing in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi at this property has been TILED OVER. It is GONE. Also - it's showing its age - loads of wear and tear. Time to remodel and update this hotel! It's just sad. I will not stay at this property again.

We apologize for your frustration over our hot tub. It was beyond repair and involved more than just replacing the leaking hot tub. The more we looked in to replacing it, the more complicated things got. It was a difficult decision.We're excited to share, a remodel is in the works!

Check in staff swiped CC when reservation was through Expedia. We have been dealing with extra charges on CC for about a week trying to get them refunded since room was paid for through Expedia, but CC was charged twice for different room amts and twice for security deposit/holds.

A typical country inn & suites, with a lovely staff! Everyone we encountered working there was friendly and helpful. There was a small, clean gym with two treadmills, an elliptical, and some weights. The breakfast had limited options (cereals, toast, juice), but we appreciated the waffles!
