“Good Value”

This is an older facility. But it was well maintained and clean. Not a lot of frills by any means. The rooms were simple, but comfortable. The breakfast was pretty basic, too. But the staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Probably not a lot for family members to do in the area as hotel is along I-35 and on the edge of town. But if you just need a nice place to sleep for a couple days, this would fit the bill. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Getting there
The yahoo map is wrong! It put this hotel way on the east side of town, when in reality it was on the western edge, right along I-35. We took a little scenic tour of the town in the process of finding our hotel....

“ok for the money”

Needed a quick place to flop on a long distance drive and this was fine...wouldn't take the family here, though.
