Room was so small you could hardly get between dresser and bed. Air didn’t work properly. Mattress not comfortable with no box spring and bedding was very thin. We couldn’t sleep so left by 5:30am. Won’t stay again

Building was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient but a little light on variety of items. Only complaint was neighbor near us left or watched TV virtually all night in our four night stay which resulted in no sleep for us. Guess we should have complained.

Family visit in Owatonna
Two floors and no elevator. Not much of choices for breakfast and ended going next door to Olivia's. Daily replacement of towels and trash removal. Good location and close to shopping, restaurants and I-35 and other roads.

Neither key worked in the door (which would be fine, things happen) but when I went back down the lady at the front was rude about it like it was a burden for her to fix the keys so we could get in the room. After that still only one key worked. Room smelled like a cigar bar.

Friendly staff. Room was nice with updated decor. King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Quiet rooms, but dogs barking in parking lot woke us up early morning.

It was good just didnt like how it sounded like water trickling into a pipe all night or bathtub felt like its sinking into the middle. Otherwise very clean and quiet for most part.
