Great spot, breakfast had lots of options. Pool was great for the kids. Had some troubles using the sauna - women’s too cold and men’s too hot! Great stay overall though and good price, would consider returning

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was great. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Saw kids enjoying the pool. The facility in general needs some updating with wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathrooms and the main hallway rugs almost worn right through. Staff made up for the few inequities.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Hotel front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is so close to Brightshores hospital that it only takes 3-4 minutes to get there. The breakfast has a good variety and the girl looking after it is very friendly. I didn't use pool but I will the next time for sure.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold, also the shower in the pool area was freezing and we were unable to use it. The change rooms didn't have lighting so the kids wouldn't go in. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so we were very disappointed.

The place needs to be renovated. Carpets were badly worn out. The Breakfast was only a Continental Breakfast with a few more options. It was very overpriced for what you got!!

Room was not clean when we checked … sticky floor and garbage under the bed. Key card did not work, had to insert about 10 times before we got a green light. Old hotel, in serious need of updating.

We were quite happy with our stay at Quality Inn. We enjoyed a little swim before bed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. It was our children’s first stay in a hotel and they didn’t want to leave. The only downside was we had to carry all of our stuff up a flight of stairs. But besides that we would definitely stay again

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent two-night stay at the Quality Inn in Owen Sound. First and foremost, I must highlight my grave concern about the lack of value for money during my visit. The pool, despite being advertised as a key feature of your establishment, was out of service during the entire duration of my stay, depriving me of the amenity I was looking forward to using. Additionally, the room safe was rendered unusable due to lost keys, which poses a significant security risk to guests. Moreover, I was disheartened to witness the state of disrepair and neglect throughout the property. The condition of certain areas was far from satisfactory and was a stark contrast to the advertised standards. While I appreciate your staff’s helpfulness and courtesy, it was evident that they were struggling to maintain the standards of the establishment due to the state of the building. Despite their efforts, the overall ambiance was overshadowed by the issues present. However, the most distressing part of my stay was the complete lack of running water on the day of a wedding that I was attending. The inconvenience and embarrassment caused by this situation were unimaginable. Not having access to essential amenities like running water during such an important event is unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied. To be cont.
