Our refrigerator did not get very cold, large cricket in the room, and our bathtub was rusted. Overall the hotel is very outdated and needs a big refresh.

Other guests were very drunk and singing very loudly in the sitting area on the property. No one else could be outside. Staff allowed this to happen. Fine other than that. At least the lobby was okay enough to sit in.
The hotel was a very nice hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Kaylea at the front desk helped so much to find a pack and play for us. She was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and kept hot and tidy. We will stay there again next time.

This was the junkiest Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at.
Getting off the 3rd floor elevator to 3 buckets full of rain water that was leaking through the ceiling.
Our room also had a musty/moldy smell.

The staff was courteous and the room was clean. I didn't care for the breakfast, and my only other complaint is that there were no outlets of any kind anywhere near the bed.

Rooms were slightly dated. King size bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pool was in service, but appeared to need some care. Breakfast bar service area is small and awkward.
Overall decent hotel. Staff was polite. Parking and access were good. Hotel was clean and managed. It wasn't a bad stay. I didn't have any big issues. Hotel was quiet enough.

We do understand that our rates fluctuate with the surrounding hotels and their going rates based on supply and demand of rooms. Front desk staff was unfriendly and short upon arrival. When we got to room there was what appeared to be mold on ceiling above the shower. I took pictures. Clearly room was t cleaned properly b/c there was a teeshirt left from previous guest under desk in room. I'm very unhappy that I paid $150 to stay in this room. We arrived very late (10:30pm) and needed to get to sleep otherwise I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Shower water did not get hot, Tub was rusted and disgusting. Ants crawling in the bathroom. Will never stay there again

Closet door and mirror fell off hinges. Maintenance man fixed it promptly. Robe hook fell off back of bathroom door. Bed creaked badly. Place was clean but badly in need of a facelift.

Tina at the front desk is the best and she did everything to help us with our anniversary weekend and the owner I think was there the rain storm had knocked out the system but they still did everything to help me out. I will be staying again.

This was not a normal Hampton. The toilet was not firmly attached and rocked. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was tearing up and you couldn’t turn it off cause it was connected to the light switch. This hotel needs some serious updating.

The property was nice, but the traffic noise was bad while trying to slep. I know that is not the hotel’s fault, but that’s the only downside. It is conveniently located and extremely clean. I would highly recommend.
