Beware of on-line and lobby appearances!Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Close enough to college, mall and food!
Cons: Smell, cleaning of rooms and clean towels...!!!
Location: Wendys is directly behind hotel, Walmart is close so is, McDonald's, Burger King and Waffle House.
Took my son for orientation to JSU needed a place to stay the night as this is a 4 hour drive for us. I found hotel on-line close to college from the website and thevoutside appearance this seems to be a decent hotel.. As I running low on funds since I had college tuition to pay at that time... the price was right. WRONG!!! It was late when we got there and I was tired from walking around the campus and the drive. When we finally went into our room the smell was awful and the area around the sink/bathroom smelled like Mildew and Mold. We went to Wal-mart to get some air freshner and candles. About 9:00 PM my son and I both started itching. I went to take shower, grabbed towel and it was dirty.... Guess you get what you pay! Want go there again!!!

Nice hotel for the price in Eastern Alabama.Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms and great service.
Cons: The décor is hideous in the room. Next remodel needs to eliminate the "loud" colors in the room.
Location: Across the street from a Super Wal-Mart. That helped a lot getting supplies for the trip replenished. In Roanoke, recommend Jon Boy's Smoke House!!!
A good hotel for the price. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Although we thought the beds and pillows were not comfortable as they could have been, the room was worth what we paid for it. We would have no problem staying there again.

Just what we neededPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Good value
Location: 1 hr from Birmingham...which is where we were headed.
We needed a couple rooms for our large family as we traveled to a graduation. I felt that we got a very good value at this econo lodge. The motel is older but it is obviously well cared for and very clean. The proximity to the highway and the reasonable cost were the main draws, and it was relatively quiet and comfortable for what we needed. We will definitely stay there again for next year's graduation!

Pros: It's not new, but it is very clean and newly remodeled. It's handy to the interstate, and it's a good place to stop when driving to Orlando.
Location: Anniston is a beautiful little town.
Clean and comfortable room. Newly remodeled, brand-new looking carpet and nice bed linens, towels, etc.
