We visit Pell City often. This was our first time staying here and we had no complaints. It was a beautiful property, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I do wish all hotels would eliminate all carpet tho! Tile or laminate just feels so much cleaner. We will definitely stay here again!

Did not havevthe famous cinnamon rolls or milk for cereal. I like the Holiday Inn Express because of the breakfast and especially the hot cinnamon rolls. Major disappointment!

The waterpark for the kids indoor was ice cold no one couldn’t stand it an that was the whole reason I’m even going to that hotel it is not worth the money to stay there in the cold months cause u can’t enjoy the water it’s so dang cold an u have to walk to another motel to use their heated pool. They should tell the guest upfront about the water park being so cold cause there heater went out in the pool instead of keeping it from the guest til they take the kids down there. Right down uncalled for. Also the remote in the room didn’t work we had to call an ask three times for someone to fix it. Most definitely won’t be going back any time soon!

Room wasn’t ready until 90 minutes after check in time and wasn’t very clean when we could get in. There weren’t enough clean towels and washcloths for the number of people in my room. We were told towels were being laundered every time we asked, which resulted in us having to share bath towels. We also selected this hotel for the outdoor pool, but it was drained and out of order.

This hotel is clean and well kept. The parking is free with easy access in and out. The staff is friendly. Free breakfast and coffee is appreciated.
