“I will certainly stay there on my next visit to the area.”

The place was clean and neat. Plenty of parking which is important when you are towing a trailer. Pet freindly too.

“Great Place to Stay Near Talladega”

Although the Jameson Inn is nothing fancy, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a pillow-top mattress that was almost as comfortable as our bed at home. All the expected amenities like cable television, wireless internet, mini-fridge, etc. were in working order. The continental breakfast was more than acceptable. Despite proximity to the interstate, there was no discernible highway noise in the room. What set the Jameson Inn in Oxford apart, though, was the customer service. The staff could not have been friendly or more accommodating, and offered several useful suggestions on how to make our stay more enjoyable. Visitors to the nearby Talladega Speedway have many choices for lodging, but I can't imagine that any of the others are better than Jameson Inn.

The only negative I experienced was that the carpet was dirty, slippers were necessary. Everything else was thumbs up.

“Would stay there again without hesitation. Very convienent to everything.”

Very attractive hotel, extremely convienent to everything. Cracker Barrel right next door. Continential Breakfast and coffee service was super. Everything you want for a quick start in the AM. For being so close to the I-20, it was very quiet and all staff were great, felt safe and secure.

“Quality & Comfort at a Good Rate”

The hotel was very nice and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area. The only problem was that there were a lot of flies in the hotel room when I first got there (I think the housekeeping staff kept the door open during cleaning).

Nice comfortable hotel. Not fancy, but good value. Several restaurants close.

“not happy”

Very upset with experience. We had king size bed reserved and had confirmation on it. Got to check in and they made us take a double bed. They would not reduce cost and were not aplogetic about it. They said that was just how it turned out.
