“Nice place to stay”

Upon check-in, manager told us all about their free breakfast service and gave us a nice map of the city. They also gave us directions to several points of interest. Very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice clean room with fridge and microwave oven. Older facility but nicely maintained.

“Good hotel for the price”

We had to go to Oxford for a soccer tournament, so we needed a decent hotel to crash in after a long day at the fields. I read so of the other reviews and was nervous but the room turned out pretty good for what we paid. Easy check-in and check out and was within 3 minutes of anything we wanted. When we come back, this is where we will be staying.

“Ick!”

I travel quite a it for work in mid-level hotels. This was by far one of the worst, damp, moldy, musty, small beds. Plus they over-charged my credit card, and now its in dispute. Stay away.

“Underwhelmed”

Hotel is in desperate need of updating. During our stay, both nights there were people hanging out on the balconies smoking and drinking and generally being loud. I have to assume it was because it was a football game weekend. The "breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired too. The best thing about this place is its location to the Ole Miss campus.
