there was hair on the floor, towels and in the shower. the walls and door was dirty, you could see dirty fingerprints all over them. Look like housekeeping only empties the trash and change linen.

Staff was super nice but the room was not very clean. The closet door looked like someone punched it. The fridge looked like it had rust in it. The bathroom was gross. Probably won’t stay again.

Apparently someone had cooked noodles and threw them at the wall because there was a dried up noodle on the wall. I took a shower and walked to the bed and had to get a wash cloth and wash my feet before getting into the bed.

Our room was non smoking and had definitely been smoked in…A LOT! It wasn’t very clean, and we were provided 3 tiny pillows and 2 thin ragged towels that all desperately needed to be replaced. There was no remote for the TV and a replacement couldn’t be provided. With BASIC towel and pillow updates and some air fresheners it would have been far better.

This property was gross. The rooms are in need of an overhaul, they are extremely dirty, filthy, sheets did not look clean, we left with no shower-because it was just gross, room smelled of smoke….will never come here again.

The door latch was broken and the actual lock barely worked making me feel unsafe . When I went to disclose the information to the front desk to check out , the desk was left unattended for a period of time until someone came back . Uncertain if I will get a refund but unhappy with the room/service .

worn out and dirty not filthy but everything was older and dirty when you walk in the area above main entrance you can tell hasnt been cleaned in years, lamp in lobby bent sideways, first room reeked of smoke, second room had dirty shower with stained grout, furniture in room all scratched up, etc kind of room that would be fine if a workman for an extended stay, but subpar to bring a family too reflects that super 8 doesnt hold to supervision standards

The property was in need of major improvements and the room was terrible. Very very dirty. The sheets were stained, spiders and other bugs were all over the room. I did not stay the night. I will not return.

Disappointing.
We booked this hotel through Hotels.com because the rooms were listed as having a bidet and jacuzzi tub. It didn't have either, and the microwave was broken. What it did have was roaches and bare floors with no doormats. So we tracked a lot of debris into the room. The desk clerk was very helpful and nice.

This is a sh**hole! Furnishings are banged up and worn, refrigerator and microwave are rusty, surfaces are dirty, fan in bathroom coated in dust and hair, sheets look slept in, intense smell of smoke (was told it was non smoking room) so strong that I smelled it on my shirt the next day. Everything was so disgusting that I felt uncomfortable sitting on anything, much less sleep in the bed, didn't take a shower because it looked dirty. Horrible, horrible place.

The room was musty and very dusty. The shower did not work, the stopper for the tub was missing. Hair in the sink and on the countertop. Furniture outdated and rusty. The comforter had a large stain on it. Staff was nice.

Checked in at 11:30 and checked out at 11:45 15 minutes later. The room was nasty! Killed 3 roaches in bathroom, there was a blood stain on the sheet and hair trimmings in and around the sink. Asked for another room but none were available and were denied a refund. I’d suggest staying somewhere else.
