met my requirementsPosted Jun 21, 2014
I was staying without my husband and felt quite safe and comfortable at this hotel. The room was comfortable and breakfast very adequate. A short walk to a complex with several restaurants and close to the routes I required. I would stay again

Close to OxfordPosted Jun 17, 2014
A great option to stay here and use Park and Ride into Oxford just a short distance away. Rooms simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread and service great.

Close to campusPosted Jun 12, 2014
The place was very comfortable and a nice distance to the university. It was VERY difficult to find at night however and I would not suggest foreigners to do the same.

Family visitPosted May 12, 2014
The hotel was clean and in good condition , decor clean and fresh. Staff attentive and polite. Bar and availability of a take away service for the evening if you didn't want to go out. Buffet breakfast was great good variety. For a budget hotel thought it was very good value, stayed in a nearby travelodge last year for same price and facilities here much better.

Great overnight stay.Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: Everything apart from location.
Location: Located outside the city.
Great overnight stay at a reasonable price. I couldn't fault the hotel, food and facilities. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The only drawback was its location on the outskirts, however we found the park and ride nearby which had a regular bus service to Oxford city centre.

Short stay in OxfordPosted May 8, 2014
Pros: Modern and clean, fairly basic but not as good as a premier inn.
Cons: Decor was very clinical and boring. Breakfast was free, but pretty basic and nothing special.
Location: Approximately 20 mins from Oxford city center, but the area near the hotel was quite rough.
Stayed for one night only for a short visit to Oxford city. The hotel was on the edge of the city in an ok area. But a short distance from the hotel was a pretty rough area, I wouldn't recommend people walk through that area at night. We had a hire car so it wasn't an issue.

Just right for an overnightPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: The hotel room was quite spacious, clean and convenient for travel into Oxford.breakfast was ok just what you would expect when using a budget hotel.
Cons: Not for what we paid
Location: Right next to the football stadium( if you like football!) convenient for Oxford
We wanted a cheap hotel close to Oxford as we were going to see David Sadaris at the town hall. We used the nearby park and ride (£2 all day) last bus 11.55 perfect, we could also use our bus pass on the park and ride. Staff were efficient and friendly. I would definitely use this hotel again.
